    I fought the signing, but ultimately he deserves a chance. Felt myself feeling bad for him watching his press conference, he obviously knows the majority consensus to his signing is very negative. Having said that, I think he should be on a one strike policy. If he does anything to upset our squad harmony, out he goes.

    Jesus, some of you 'haters' really need a reality check. I doubt he has even seen any these comments. He'll be referring to the question that Lennon was asked about the fans reaction to the signing.

    Anyway, if he did I'm sure Lennon will be telling him they're idiots - the same idiots that forced him to delete his Twitter account.

    I felt a bit sorry for him too. Must be quite hurtful when you're delighted with a move but you learn that a large proportion of the club's supporters don't want you. He even looked a bit sad :54:

    They're not idiots, stop sticking your fingers in your ears and actually listen. There's a world outside this forum, and the vast majority of Celtic supporters OUTSIDE THE FORUM have reacted negatively/ with disappointment to the signing. Not everybody has to pretend to be happy about this.

    I'm really glad he admitted to always being/always will be a Hibee. So the people saying 'he's a Celtic fan' were just talking absolute *. Glad he didn't pander.

    Said from the start he was a * but a good player. Think most people were just disapointed in the fact we've signed a striker from league one (who happened to be a thumb looking *).

    Who cares if hes had a few tangents off the field. Honestly what footballer hasnt? If Tony Watt (with the indecent exposure incident) did what he did over here in America he'd be a registered * offender and have to have a sign posted in his front lawn and listed on a online database with rapists.

    On the pitch he's a great player and we got him at a bargain price of 1m. And yet we have people who are saying that they wont support him as a Celtic player? Shameful. Anyways thats all I have to say on the subject. I hope he scores a goal on Sunday.

    -accuse everybody else of taking moral high ground
    -accuse everybody of being too PC now
    -accuse everybody of being ridiculous and needing to calm down
