It was an fairly even game considering we were away from home against a strong side. Weakened by injury and then two reds in the game. Can't blame any of that on the window.

We are vastly underequipped for Europe. We did not need last night to confirm that. We'll be very lucky to avoid finishing pointless.

How weakened were we though? Who are we really missing other than CCV that would made any difference last night?

First choice gk, rb, lb, midfield and striker all played last night..

I remember the drivel we had to endure when questions about Lawwell's role at the club were raised. His role was only ceremonial apparently.

I mean who seriously believes the Chairman of the board, previously an all-powerful CEO, has no influence over major operational decisions at the club including transfer budgets?

He is now on record, as Chairman, saying we don't reinvest sufficiently because we prioritise having a buffer.

Our transfer dealings going to * the moment he worms his way back into the club is absolutely no coincidence.

His son isn't qualified to be Head of Recruitment either. He's in that position because of nepotism. Deluded if you think he earned it.

When Lawwell jnr came in I wasn't that upset infact I was kinda hoping with his City connections it would benefit us. Then ya think whats the * point because we operate in a different world to City. Pointless appointment. Will this club ever be free of the Lawwells? And DD can get ta * too while I'm at it.

This club needs people who want to take us forward on the pitch, the finances take care of themselves

Mark Lawwell had a top job in the city groups recruitment for nearly a decade before he came to us, If he's not qualified who is?

We operate in a different stratosphere to City. Do you think any player City looked at would be signing for us?

Apart from getting Ange in from a city group team? Or do you think that was just a coincidence and our other board members are so good at their job to just randomly pluck him out of thin air?

If the window was stronger, it could have tipped the balance..

Potentially aye. Same could be said if the ref was decent, if we had a full strength squad, or if the wall was set up properly before the end of the first half.

So your telling me you know 100% fact that Lawell jnr signed Ange.. so why the * did he waste 5 months chasing Howe? Was that Lawell jnr too?

Look mate you and I differ 100% on how Celtic is run and how it should be run. I swear if we appointed Arlene Foster as first team coach you'd find a way of defending the board's decision ha

And Does it matter who we appoint as head of recruitment because unless they can preform miracles their hands are tied by this "recruitment policy" that's been killing this club competitively in Europe for more than 15 * years

I don't know why you think Howe being our first choice is relevant to us knowing about Ange through Lawell's city group connection. Neither contradicts eachother.

Arlene Foster, get a * grip mate.

Untill the Lawwells, Dermot Desmond and his board are removed from this club(which aint happening) we can kiss any type of progression on the pitch goodbye.. its that * simple. If this summers transfer window didn't confirm that, nothing ever will

So the only reason we got Ange, the only person in the world that had heard of him, the only person that could persuade him to leave Japan to come to Europe for his dream move... was.... Drum roll.... Lawwell jnr???

You need to get a grip mate..
