The fact we are less than a week away from the close of a window which was supposed to see us kick on and attempt to make a decent go of Europe and I sat and watch us bring on James Forrest when we were chasing a goal is * mental. The weaknesses in the side are so glaringly obvious and it's not a new thing so why are we yet again going in to the final few days of a window hoping more than expecting that the majority of our business is still to be done.

It's wild just how quickly things have gone backwards from boardroom to dugout to park we appear to have regressed at every level

Sure, it might make * all of a difference, but the less morons that stop licking board *, hopefully would lead to more pro activity. Anyone with a logical cell in their brain could see we were sleepwalking in to disaster weeks ago.

Complacency shouldn’t be tolerated at an organisation of our size, yet it’s so commonplace and seemingly deliberate that it should be in the * Club motto.

I'm just sick of it all now. Nobody seems to give a * apart from us and realistically what can we do? Will we stop giving them our money? Of course not and even when I refuse to buy my CL match package someone else will anyway so its all pointless. I can just rest a little easier I've not been taken for an absolute dafty by the board.

We should be miles ahead of the huns but we are not. We have the potential to really set something up like how Ajax do things but we refuse to do so as it takes an initial outlay and carries some degree of risk but we are terrified of losing money.

The fact that Scales, Forest & Welsh have been seen as key players and Maeda seems undropable tells a worrying story.

Massive week coming up here, at least 3 big signings required. Biggest issue is the players adapting to how Rodgers works, which will hopefully come soon, but quality needed now.

 

Whilst I'm fairly content I'm now being vindicated and not vilified like I was early in the thread, the ridiculously changeable nature of our support is still an issue.

If we get a draw it a win against Der Hun, and sign a couple more players, the happy clappers will be back berating and bullshitting


There's a systematic arrogance and apathy within our club, and it took a willfully minded manager with zero room for procrastination to pull this board out of the * bubbles they live in.

It's back to business with BR.

Theres a reason why we went for him, and no one else. They wanted the reigns back. Now they got them, they're blindly gonna drive us all off a * cliff.

The support are the only ones who change this. As always, it's up to us to let it be known that we are sick to the back * teeth of taking one step forward and then 2 steps back. European progression is NOT an impossible task. Raising our wage bill cap is not going to bankrupt us. And spending 20m on three players is better than spending 20m on six.

I don't care if it's banners, plastic sharks, or flying mars bars. These * need reminding that WE are the life blood of this club. Running the club like a * North Korean regime where they think we don't know any better is going to leave us in the * dark ages.

Hopefully the GB are wise enough to see Rodgers isn't the problem, he's merely a symptom of it, and they go all out against DD and his straw men.

Oh, and as a footnote. I'm now fairly of the mind that is far too much of a coincidence that we're back to Lawell years type behaviour, the moment that * strolled back in.

 

No doubt we will get a few signings in but how much will it help ? BR tactics are as bad as the huns. At least they throw bodies into the box though. Our only striker on the pitch isn't even in the opposition 6 yard box when we do manage to get the ball in there.

There's a lot of unhappy players in and around the team , it's fairly obvious this season will be a shambles.

Unfortunately I think it could be a reality if we don't sign 4 players at least. I dread to think of the defeats we will suffer if we go into Europe with the current team. It will also lead to even more bad feeling towards the players, manager and especially the board.
