I bought a red arrow plane to build and paint for my son end of last year, did it over a weekend...looked *, just as well cos my boy played crash landings with it and smashed it. But that is not the worst of it, I couldn't get the lid of the new style paint tubs that you get packed with the kits, so I used my teeth. Boom all over my face and beard, all over the dining table from my passed away great uncle, all over a leather sofa and all over the carpet in a 7ft radius. well I got the sofa and table clean but the carpet looks like the filming location of jar squatter.

Then I stupidly bought an RAF Sea King (Christmas present to me from my kids) due to its SAR association and my love for hill walking, it got 30min and has been boxed since January

Still got a working mega drive too.

My first console was the Master System. Got it from my older cousin. Loved the built in Alex Kidd game.

Christmas 2003 for me. Remember playing James Bond: Nightfire for hours after I opened it!

Speaking of nostalgia. Got a note through the letter box the other about channel 4 filming in the street this Monday. Can't remember the exact wording, but basically telling me, not asking if I could have my car of the street by 8am as they want to park old cars in the street.
    * that I leave the house at 8:55am so they may hold off.
So when you see that new channel 4 program and you see the cortina, viva, lada and a 2014 Volvo v40 cross country in among them. Tats ma street lol
Must get a few pics for the car geeks
