Yes. Good band and a few great tracks. Pleasuredome is probably my favourite track but Relax is the soundtrack of the 80s for most people.

I remember all these things from the 60's and 70's. We passed our time on the street playing all manner of games. We had clackers, tennis balls (we played 2 against a wall), hula hoops, rounders, five stones, kerby, chinese ropes which was really quite challenging and creative (we joined together a string of coloured elastic bands), skipping ropes and the list goes on. Sometimes just about every kid on the street would be in the same game and occasionally mothers joined in. It was amazing how much we found time to fit in and it was a time when kids were much safer on the street. We could disappear for hours on end to the park where we would fish for tiddlers in the burn. Mum would be out calling for us to either come in for dinner or to go for a message at the shop. Shopping was a challenge as she would have a list a mile long which involved going to about half a dozen shops to save a halfpenny or whatever here and there :56:Walking miles to save tuppence fgs :52:

I remember. My brother had a grifter and we used to cadge it off him. Dad wouldn't allow us girls to have bikes :52: I loved my hula hoop and it served me well in later years as I had a tiny waist for a long long time :56: I feel sorry for kids now :54:

Could get lost for hours playing Kerby. Sometimes 3/4 different games going in smaller side streets probably because less traffic. I remember the mums all out at the gate of somebody’s house for a nosey and gossip and mum or other women would disappear and come out with Ice Pops or cold drinks. More simple and happier times without a doubt. I have sat sometimes and thought how good it would to see out your last lot of years somewhere where technology wasn’t given first place.

The ice cream van and being sent by your older siblings to a get a single :56:Crikey gone are the days a kid could go and actually buy a cigarette and a book of matches :56:Yes I agree we spent hours playing outside and you couldn't get us indoors unless it was wet. Then we resorted to playing wee hooses when we would dress our wee brother up as a baby girl :56:* it's a wonder he turned oot straight :56:Other days we would have wee concerts and I was a great wee singer :52:

Getting a bike there was four choices only.

    A) Racer
    B) BMX
    C) Grifter
    D) Chopper

I was a chopper man myself.

My brother was too wee for a chopper. I also remember all those remote control jeeps. I don't know how many of them my brother got. He was spoilt rotten
