in all honesty, out of this shower of miniscule-ish debutants i would have given Tom Boyd the captaincy out of total and sheer admiration for his constant, combatative efforts during his previous stint with Celtic.

I am, on the other hand, totally impeverished with the lack of genuine talent to compete against a largely unfernst gathering of henchmen and unsavoury mantarians that the huns had managed to aquire to compete in today's Tournoi de Champion cup.

i mean, having the inch-high Brian McLaughlin - who coincidentally was last seen dawning a pair of wings and flying around people's kitchens out of sheer annoyance- against the likes of the ever-youthful Bert Konterman, and this folically-challenged David Elliot ghost-character?

The disillusion of not having our master-and-commander-in-chief present today CLEARLY took it's toll on the group of non-combatent sideshow freaks that pulled on our beloved Hoops. Peter LIEwell must take ALL BLAME for today's poor showing, as he clearly barricaded and marginalised Neil Lennon from being in attendance.......also the unequivocal Alan Thompson - who Lawwell no doubt had sharpening his pencils or something! :47::47::47:

I am delighted to say i threw my scarf on the pitch after the game, in an attempt to let Liewell know what i think of the club's current situation... Iagree he must take all the blame... Other than Blinker, we did not have one player to be excited about...no one else is at fault other than Lawwell, for bring such underachievers..... Mclaughlin?... the man with not one hair on his heid?.. what chance have we got with a bald one- footed player like mclaughlin....where's the keane's the bellamy's the mcfadden's that we were promised?...no where to be seen, not one well spent pound on the current squad... Something tells me Reid tried to change things, but Lawwell wasn't happy about this... forcing Reid to get tae *.

You know what's even more sickening, the fact they still managed to * the fans about financially... I've been a season ticket holder for 10 year, and was promised a free ticket for this game, so what do they do? they double the * price...but like you said that's due to the richh * corporates not showing.

the whole club's a * joke, and i'm seriously beginning to question whether we are worthy of even competing with the motherwells and st mirrens.:47:...things only seem to be getting worse mate.

I whole-heartedly and fantasmaclistically agree with you Paddy............

The fact that Motherwell has now leap-frogged us into the final with der Huns, is testament to the fact that our squad is a shambolic, nomadic and ever-efferversaltous excuse for footballers.

I mean, is it getting to the sort of dream-like status where I would give my right arm to have a Steve Guppy or a Michael Gray being used to metamorph into players that would largely substantiate our delinquincies?

I can't help but thinking if we don't get rid of the current heirarchy at CP, along with the ageing catering staff, that our next season will be shakier than a Japanese corporate office in the midst of a cat.7 earthquake:38:

Sorry? Am I missing something here?

Are you totally and ever-vecently delighted with today's mind-numbingly dull performances?

WEre you one of the ones that wanted to 'Give Mowbray some time to fix things' after the pain-staking defeat to St. Mirren?

If Liewell is not to blame for today's ridiculous downfall from glory....then please....do tell who is to blame?

Steve Guppy seems like a dream player atm... Why is Lawwell still here, he's pumping * all money into the club, whilst fermoniously ripping me and fellow fans off... absolutely out of order, and i won't be back to braehead or parkhead until the * is gone... i'm sorry but that's just how i feel... absolutely outrageous.

Where the * was Mjallby today? He along with parker was expected to turn up, didn't bother his * * ... what hope have we got, when our coaching staff are absent in such big games..... Again Lawwell should be * getting them along...

i think it's about time we follow in the footsteps of FC united of manchester, and start a new club, until Lawwell * off, it's not ideal, but we'd at least be able to let the * know we're no happy... not that he'll * care the selfish, lying. reminticious,*.

Padmill, i'm glad you've voiced your opinions on the matter, seems everyone else isn't bothered.

I incoherently and abonmolishally agree with your analysis my dear name sake.

In recent weeks your posts have gone from the absolute ridiculous, to the now more coherent RADiculous!

i applaud your radical stance on the governing of a new football team that would cater not only for the abdomin of our support - but would also ratify us from the ABOMINATION that is our eagles-nest board that fails to suffice with our mentalifical-post negative approach:50:

    I understand what you mean:50:

It would seem that some of these new-age supporters that currently emulsifying within the Celtic support are abbhorently denying that fact they should curtailing the requirements to alnpart the support from the other side of the clyde.

My mind shamphalizes with the fact these people are dawning OUR crest with a crescent smile across their palats:38:

I didn't see it but I heard they narrowed the pitch to combat our attractive football. I'm sure that pitch wasn't full size. SFA at it again:31:
