    I mind this game.

It was November 2000. We lost 5-1 at the bigotdome the week before but we were still 7 pts ahead with a game in hand, but then we drew 0-0 with Hibs on the Wednesday so it was only 8 pts.

Then on the Saturday v Dunfermline we go 1-0 down in the first minute, I thought the season was falling to pieces, then this goal was the equaliser and we went on to win 3-1.

Got into Parkhead early last Wednesday just to take it all in and watch the players warm up.

Of all players training from either team Broony was the only one without a jacket on just a training tshirt, chap is a machine!

Brown has always done that since he signed, dont think hes ever wore more than just a t-shirt. He usually always wears a different t-shirt too to what other players wear, like if the squad are wearing all the same training top, he always wears a different coloured one :56: dont know why he does that?

And he's the only player in the team that tucks his shirt in to his shorts.....the way footballers should present themselves :86:

He must like looking more individual than other players, if they're playing a training game and all wear bibs he doesnt wear a bib, if everyone wears the trackie top, he wears the t-shirt, if they all wear the t-shirt he wears a sleeveless version or a different t-shirt and as you say when playing in a game and you cant help wear the same, he always tucks it in when most of the team dont.

In both those photos he's obviously making himself look as different as possible to the rest of the bluenoses he's stood beside :56::56:

Johan Mjälby's old firm debut. Albertz is storming through our defense, as he done so often, gets to big Johan and the big Swede just stands there and Albertz bounces off him. That was Johan my favourite player then on.

    Broony at 29:15.

"It's an aggresive challenge, don't know if it's a yellow card challenge..."
    *shows Broony * destroying Kerkar*
    "Well, yeah". :56:

Love the little grin and raise of the eyebrows when he's booked. :smiley-laughing002: Kind of like 'Ah, well. It was worth it.' :smiley-laughing002: In the 89th minute when we're 3-0 up as well.

I never thought I'd like Brown as much as I do now, when he first signed all those years ago. Always regarded him as a wee ned when he was at Hibs, but he's grown into the role of Celtic captain tremendously and has matured quite a bit in the last couple of years.

Would never dream of leaving him out of the squad now :50:

O'neils first game in charge was at Tandice, also Suttons debut, honestly I thought we had just wasted a bucket of money on a lanky english beanpole who had lost it......about 10 minutes into the game the ball was going wide for a shy, Sutton sprinted (seriously) for a nothing ball, slid down the line to stop the ball going out and continued on keeping the ball in play....thought if thats where he is on effort and commitment then good enough for me....

Jackie Mac showing no fear against Attila the Hun.
Loved Jackie, a true Celtic legend, always gave 100%, was totally gutted when the board wouldn't give him a better contract whilst Marcus Hedman sat week in & week out in the stands on about 5 times Jackie's wage.

Loved the cup game we finally beat the Huns after about two years without a win, big Rico Annoni had Laudrup in his back pocket.

Regi Blinker - Family day out at Celtic Park, think it was vs Livi or some team like that at the time. Came to take a corner and waved at us, just sticks in my mind for some reason.

Brown at the start of his tenure here away to St Mirren, he schooled them gave an indication of how good he could be.

Henrik Larsson - when asked about his two goals in Seville and he said they meant nothing. He was truly hurting - and not that I like to see him hurt - it just showed even more how he was one of us.

Kelvin Wilson a few weeks back at Parkhead, can't remember who we were playing, but he sprinted back when the opposition where on the break, busting his guts before finally catching up and slicing the player in half with a 100% clean and fair but thundering tackle.

During the second half in the same game, JVoH chased back and cut Nacho Novo in half.

Wee Izzy, just altogether. He must be the hardest working player in our squad.
