I think that really depends on where Ange sees Christie playing. If we don’t sign a LW and therefore play Christie there, then we definitely need to sign another centre midfielder to provide us the energy and drive Christie otherwise would.

Given McCarthy and Rogic’s injury records, the number of games we play and the tempo Ange wants us to play at; another centre mid certainly would hurt regardless.

I’m not sure I’ve ever seen us formally linked to him, but I’d bite your hand off for him and their left back, Björkan. Berg would give us another playing capable of dropping into deeper midfield holes to build possession, which McGregor looked isolated in doing at times against AZ.

 

I'd take Ferguson but Aberdeen will rate him about £5m and he's no worth that.

I want another midfielder in, two when Christie leaves. Would love McCann.

 

Yeah I have seen him mentioned but back at the start of the window there was a link from Norwegian press that a Scottish team wanted him for about £1.5m so would have been us or them. He would be a good player in Ange’s system and have big resale potential given he’s broke into the Norwegian National team.

I mentioned earlier I'm sure I saw him at the Euro 21's this summer. In one of their game's I'm getting a flashback of a Portuguese player trying to literally walk it in and * up the whole game..

If we were to get him on loan then that would tie in with Ange's comment's about player's in the J League no being available til January..

He looks very skilful and quick. Definitely talented, but he hasn’t done much at senior level football.

He looks like someone who would need to play in an offensive team, a bit like Roberts when we got him on loan. That may explain why he didn’t do much at a bottom of the table la liga team.

Looks like a player that would fit the traditional Celtic winger, capable of taking on a man and beating him. If it is a loan with an option to buy could work out for us as allows a good look at him first.

I would like to get Lovric right enough as the two look very different players.
