Parkhead with no huns has been superb. The night game we humped them 3-0 was one of the best atmospheres I can remember. If they ever decide to give us back the full broomloan then fair enough let them back. Until then the sister * * can * right off.

Pretty much this. It's all in the huns hands in all honesty. Celtic have absolutely nothing to do with this because the only thing that can solve this "problem" is them giving us the full broomloan stand again. If Celtic rolled over and offered them a full stand i would be infuriated.

Aside from them starting this whole thing because their fans were spitting the dummy over us battering them and not being able to handle it, if they can't guarantee our fans safety at ibrox they've no right to expect an allocation here or anywhere else, and they can't pretend it's not an issue, as much as they like to ignore things like fans/coaches/players getting pelted with * every game, their board have already admitted outright they can't trust their fans not to behave like animals, when they denied Sutton entry to cover a european game for BT for safety reasons.

Telling uefa that they can't guarantee the safety of one of Europe's TV providers staff should have seem uefa step in.
The sfa and spfl will continue to pander to them thinking that they need them for cash when I'm actual fact it is costing the league and the tax payers money.

Living in fear of backlash and riots is no way to operate.

The thing that amuses me about it is the sheer hypocrisy of neutrals and the media.

I've lost count of the amount of times I've heard/read about the toxic atmosphere at these matches, and it being an embarrassment to Scottish football. Now, lack of away fans is ruining a great atmosphere and a potentially great showcase for Scottish football.

    Utter wallopers!

I'm in my late 40s, have only been to Aye Brokes twice in my life, and I'm more than happy steering well clear of the bile infested place - I do, of course, understand why our fans want to go and support our team as they play in such a hostile environment, but unless we get a full allocation, it just isn't safe.

I think we need to start treating The Rangers and their supporters the same way we do any other opposition team. Make it clear that we're not half of anything, and they're no more significant to Celtic than Aberdeen or Ross County.

If we want to look to the future, we must shake them off of our coat tails. They're old baggage we don't need.

They had the perfect opportunity to reinvent themselves in 2012. Had anyone sensible been in charge, they'd have said, "Right, let's have a clear out here. Let's get rid of the worst elements of our support, and try to appeal to a more modern mindset. Let's use this time in the lower leagues to make a genuine fresh start, with a new club with 21st century values."

Instead, they doubled down, pandering to those worst elements, trying to cling on to their old Club's history and playing the defiant victims. And, I think that's made their fanbase even more deranged and dangerous.

They have all the old arrogant, bigoted worldview and superiority complex, along with delusion, rage and frustration at being s*it, and perceiving themselves to be shunned by the establishment that they grovel to.

Frasier would have a field day with them.

on one of the many occasions we schooled them at Parkhead and the staunch did their walking away before full time I remember being shocked at the amount of broken seats they left behind, as you said, who’d invite that rabble into your beautiful home so they can wreck it out of rage and jealousy, especially when they smashed up our toilets while us good guests left scented candles/soap in the bogs at the bigotdome.
Genuinely don’t want them at Parkhead ever again but if we decide to then only with us getting at least 5% or the broomloan and it’s no excuse that they’ve sold the broomloan to their scummy season ticket holder’s, they could do what we did and not include tickets for our games with the ST’s, it’s no rocket science but it’s huns we’re dealing with and the main reason has always been our Party Time at the bigotdome, huns just can’t cope with happy celebrating Tims

What would be the scenario if say we drew them in the quarter finals of the Scottish Cup?? It wouldnt be at Hampden. It would be either at Celtic Park or ibrox. There are different rules for the Scottish Cup concerning away teams and gate money. The away team has to get a certain percentage of the gate money and offered a certain minimum allocation I am sure. Then either we'd be forced to let them in. Or they would be forced to let us in.

Its not very common for us to draw them before the semi-final stage. But it has happened a good few times. If it happened this season it would be interesting to see what would happen with the away fans scenario

Apparently, we'd both be entitled to ask for up to 20% of the capacity (around 12,000 away tickets for CP, and about 10,000 for us at Ibrox).
I think that would be possible at CP, but I'm not sure how it would work at the Bigotdome, so it would likely go back to the SFA to make a decision if the Clubs couldn't reach an agreement.

The most likely outcome would be 8,000 each.

    * them, forever!

Would genuinely be delighted if those dirty smelly manky germ-infested fuckpigs never dampen our doors ever again!

Last two home games I've been at when they've had no fans have been the best atmosphere I've seen in years.
