    First 15 showed the problem with him instead of McGregor. The problem isn’t him on the ball in that role it’s getting it to him.

    As soon as their press slowed down a touch he dominated.

    He doesn’t get on the ball enough early on because he doesn’t know how to work the angles like Cal. It showed that we struggled to get past the halfway line for sometime and if we did it wasn’t because of him. Really really needs to improve that part of his game.

    Another really good performance tonight in the middle for us. Making some big contributions this season and great to see for a player who has taken a lot of criticism in recent seasons but who clearly really loves the club and appreciates the stage he is playing on and the club he is playing for.

    He played brilliant, then lost his head slightly in the second half imo. Probably because like the entire team absoloutely * from going full pelt. Dont even think it was his handball that it was called for. Cant moan about that decision as if we want VAR, then VAR would call that.

    Think the issue with biton is that when calmacs in there he moves the ball a lot quicker , not a dig just calmac i think is a more intelligent footballer and suits anges style more. Still gives me the fear that hes going to get a second booking lol, Happy for him to be here at the club though as i think he is an asset. Was never a cb
