    Seems better the further forward he is. Happy for him to come into midfield but never want to see him in the back four again

    Imagine he will start as the 6 now against the diets and for the next couple of weeks at least. Thankfully he has been playing well so far this season so lets hope he continues that now as we will need him to be big for us in these upcoming games.

    He was outstanding against Leverkusen away and will also add a bit of height and strength to the midfield. Something I feel we have been lacking. Obviously will be a weaker side without McGregor but we have a good replacement in Bitton - if he continues his current form.

    He does give us a bit of extra height which particularly on defensive set pieces will be good considering how big a weakness that is for us. He has as you say been playing well so hopefully he can continue that form on Wednesday and beyond as clearly McGregor is going to be missing a lot of games now.

    I actually would have been tempted to start Bitton against the diets and the huns even if everybody was fit, so it'll be interesting to see how he copes.
