    Agree with that but he's got far too much talent to be asked to do what Virgil does. A player with that kind of ability should be in midfield. Just saying he's capable but would be more capable especially as we transit from Broony to his replacement. Nir is not a defender

    Are you preferring him because he's better than what we've got in defence or not good enough to be in midfield? I don't want it to be so definite cause of his playmaking power. Have to admit it's a problem keeping playing with that kind of ability

    Not his biggest fan but that is due to him being out injured so much

    What i am a fan of is his commitment to the club and willingness to play wherever he is asked.

    Right I really don't want to have a go at anyone, but I kinda get annoyed with some of abuse aimed his way purely because you can see how much he loves the club and loves being here. That alone made me warm to him a lot, but his performances at CB also help his case.

    Hard to believe he was someone signed by Lenny initially, was out of favour among other things with the next 2 managers and now Lenny is back and he's starting games once again a few years down the line. It's just funny how things work out.

    Thought he was immense on Thursday, but was still nervy about him before today. To his credit, I was completely wrong - he was cruising it and looked a class act. It’s a shame he had to go off, but hopefully he’s not out long.

    The international break will hopefully give a few a chance to rest up some knocks and niggles and come back firing.

    Think CB is his new position now. He's obviously played there a number of times but I didn't fancy starting him there in a game like today's. But he was immense.

    Definitely a good option there.
