He was excellent last night and is big part of our side, let's celebrate that fact instead of focussing on negatives.

 

Was never a fan of Biton at the start but he has been excellent this calendar year

 

Thank * you are not our football manager. There does seem to be a constant thing with our fans though where we see a guy excel in one position and think 'Aye, let's move him from there'. Quality defender - we should play him DM. Quality CM - lets move him up the pitch so he can influence the game less. Does my nut in. The defender one especially. If big Jozo does well there will be someone stating he should be getting played at DM by Christmas.

 

Aye Im crying out for our bettee players to be a bit more mediocre. Wouldnt want players other teams are interested in signing.

 

He was alright last night, some sloppy balls I thought at times though, but he is a really good asset for us.

 

He's really kicked on and become a much better player since getting that extra "t" in his name.

I wish he would shoot more often. He had a couple of opportunities against the sheep albeit they had numbers behind the ball. But sometimes just ping it!! I like him!!!

 

Better performance from Bitton tonight. Was allowed more freedom with Johansen playing a more disciplined role and took his goal brilliantly. I liked the shape of the team much better last night.

We should be building our team around this guy, what a player with even more potential. So give him a bumper new deal now before his performances coupled with the potential to get better starts to get noticed.

 

You know what I mean, my glass is always half empty when I see us havin a right good player these days.

Last night Bitton made more forward runs and used his body more often and effectively than I remember in any match. I think he'll get a decent return of goals this season if he keeps it up

 

Yeah but surely you think it is better to have these players who are good enough to be worth millions than to be playing with a squad of players that no other team is interested in

 

What we need is a squad of mediocre low paid players, who play really, really well :icon_mrgreen:

He was when he came in, one oglf the buggest positives he's got iver it. Both for us and him, end up injured a lot when you pull out tackles.
