    An unbelievable player..

I've supreme confidence whenever he's in space that he'll terrroise someone or score/assist..

Must be the most lethal winger in Europe stats wise just now..

So excited about what this guy can become - but let's calm down just a wee bit and just enjoy his superb performances....overhype is the the enemy.

Becoming a German international whilst here is not out with the realms of possibility, in fact he’s probably only another couple of Champions League performances off making a squad.

In terms of domestically, he needs to achieve hun skelper status which he may very well do within the next couple of months.

He'll be gone in the summer, I'd imagine.

With no guarantees for CL football, and an almost inevitable high bid from down South, I should expect the board will sell him to bump the accounts and ensure they stay positive

Edit: I didn't imagine he'd be here past Christmas of next season anyway, on his current trajectory, so maybe I'm pessimistic/realistic on the matter

Look at the * swagger on him after the goal... I hadn't noticed that... :56:

He's clearly loving his space in time at the moment...

He'll stay to the end of the season as we'll have champions League footy....after that...who knows?

Don’t we get automatic champions league next year for winning it?

If that's the case, no sales until we qualify first, then we can sell. Pointless weakening your team before trying to get £50m

If Berlinger likes doing business with Celtic and trusts the ceo can easily see other German /Austrian based players show up on the radar

Grand old team to play for
Thought he was holding on too the ball to much tonight. He usually opts to play the simple effective passes whenever they're on. Tonight it looked like he was trying force things and do too much himself.

Felt for him a wee bit tonight. Everyone else was off it and you could see he didn't have the space or options he normally has. Part of that is credit to Bruges.

Was basically a case of try and get it to him at all costs....and Brugge sussed that straight away..

He didn’t get the support tonight from Johnston or Engels out there.

Tonight was probably the first time I really felt like we missed O’Riley, someone with that ability to get on the ball spot a run.

He had two big moments, the key one was the one off the throw in they switched off and that should have been a goal. The other was his dribble where he had a couple of chances to shoot and tried to keep going.

He was always going to be targeted by them given his form. They made sure they were doubled up on him every time he got the ball and they were quick to trigger a press when the ball was on his side of the pitch too. He tried his best it just unfortunately didn't come off for him tonight.

Johnston struggling to get forward didn't help him either.
