I think it's probably just tiredness.

Mind this is his first real season here and he comes from Austrian/German/Dutch football where they only play about 35-45 games a season as clubs.

He has never seen the schedule of like 35 games up to new year then 25 after that we play pretty much every season.

Won't just be physically the schedule but mentally also, of on the move every few days and hardly any days off.

He probably played in more games by the end of January this season than his previous clubs have in total over a season.

It's hard to guess the mindset of players and but I can't believe it's just because they want away so downed tools. Surely you're more likely to be wanted by doing your best and not hiding during a game.
But if had to guess, I'd say that the injury he had has impacted him somewhat. Maybe made him more weary of it, I don't know. But justifiably so, nobody wants to pick up injuries in short succession and lets face it, you're more likely to pick up injuries against them than anyone else.

Heartless performances are hard to forgive. Unless there is an exceptional reason that comes out to explain it, I'd give him enough gametime to get the best price but would definitely sell in the summer if there's good interest.

If he doesn't want to be here he should go.

I was ardently backing him his poor start here, seen enough talent off him despite poor form. Was delighted when he proved what he can do this season.

But lately, and yesterday just cemented it, he is absolutely making me hate him. He’s gutless. And that’s a choice he makes, and that’s something I hate more than anything else in a player. And I’ve came to that conclusion just comparing him when he done the opposite, against a team he had a personal grudge against, that had let him go saying not good enough- compare his attitude when we went 1-0 down against RBL, not even his goals, the attitude. To every other game when the going has got tough.

He can do it. He chooses not to.

And a player that is that talented, that good, and can win a game himself when he has the drive to stand up when we aren’t playing well but choose to hide. Unforgivable.

It’s why a like a guy like Taylor, who tries so hard but doesn’t have the talent, but the player I dislike the most to play for us is Ntcham. Who could have been the best in the team, no contest, but couldn’t be bothered to
