ngwemo has been 1 of our best players in a very poor season, yet gets slated by half the peeps on here for not being able to pass , bad positional sense, cant shoot [ agree here] losing possession, not tracking ,not defending, if he was that bad he would not be at the world cup, and have other teams after him atm, ngwemo was part of a team that had no discipline under mowbary, to many pushing forward ,getting caught on the counter ,no 1 tracking back ,ngwemo being left in mid to cover 3 or 4 players running at us, and now lennon has addressed this we are not exposed to counter attacks as badly and were conceding less goals.
the ross county game he was taken off was lennons only mistake,he was playing poorly but was still the most effective at regaining possession and halting attacks ,just my opinion though, not world class ,but a fairly decent player for the money.

the only thing you can read into it is ,lennon saw the signs of wot eventually happened that day ie team not up for it and ngwemo picked the wrong day to have a bad 1, lennons total frustration at the way we were playing and made an example of ngwemo, played every game after so its not like lennon thinks he is a bad player.
