I give up sometimes i get soo frustrated with everyone one week backing Mowbury saying we have turned a corner bla bla then next week there gonna be waiting in the carpark to slaughter him. GET A GRIP!! Support your team and manager through and through and just wait and see what happens. Does your manager in your workplace get sacked because you dont do your job correctly? No. You get sacked and he brings in someone better who will do the job.

Gotta hand it to Mowbury tho he looked raging yesterday when the reporter asked what was said in the dressing room and he said " Well thats for the dressing room" he obviously gave them all a bollocking. Some players have it too easy and need to get there finger out, I can say 3 goals yesterday from my point of view were Brafheids fault.. he backed off for the 1st, he dropped his marker at the 2nd and went to a diffrent player to mark and the 3rd he hand balled it.

I want to win games as much as the next person and granted Mowbury has had time but there seems to be a miscommunication on the pitch, maybe the players arent intelligent enough to play the way he wants them to im not sure of the real reason but the PLAYERS need to get there finger out.

Nope, I hope that TM is here for the full of next season. His team will have gelled properly by then with all that time. The characters of the dressing room established. TM himself will have a better understanding of the club workings and hopefully we will have a far better organized defensive unit.

Technically, the league ain't over till its over and we still have to play the huns twice, though I admit its asking a lot to win the league. I know the defence is bad, but if he could get his strongest back line gelling and playing together for the dun utd and huns game (Hinkel Hooiveld Loovens Braafheid) then I think we have a good chance of winning both games, subsequently, bringing the gap down to 7 pts giving us a glimmer of hope for the title-( easier said than done I know), but I feel that if we can beat dun utd then our firepower up front in Keane and Fortuné will be too strong for the huns despite their rock solid defence. Anyone agree?

I agree with just abut everything you said mate. However I do feel even with our strongest defense that Miller will rip them a new one, anyone ever notice he's a beast in Old Firm games?

The only other option at Ibrox , in which I can honestly see us winning, is for Mowbray to play Smith at his own game by having Celtic sit back in the early stages of the game and soaking up the pressure then hitting them on the counter with the pace of our forward players like Fortuné, McGeady etc. Both Loovens and Hooiveld are 6 ft 3, therefore should not be shoved about, so in the early stages theyneed to go in hard and put the boot into Miller and Novo just to let them know they mean business in the same way Balde, Mjallby etc used to do.

    1st post lads here goes-

Gutted right now been goin for 20 years every season never been so depressed.:31:

Knew Mowbray would bring us goals and entertainment but why oh why did he not get the defence sorted instead of wasting all our dosh on too many strikers??

That defence seem to be keepin clean sheets but their centre half and captain is 5 year older than me *?

PS the league isnt over if that wee Davis gets injured i THINK WE CAN STILL DO IT :shamrock:

Welcome to the TC community mate.

Things are a bit depressing at the minute but I believe it's going to get better. Personally I felt a lot more depressed when John Barnes was the manager. When things went bad under him I had no belief it was going to get better.

Cheers for the welcome mate, Barnes was bad enough but they had a decent team back then, the fact they are so bad thenow and yet 10 points ahead drives me round the bend :38:

But 2 wins against them brings it down to just 4 points and whos to say they wont lose once the pressures on?

Im not givin in yet no way:shamrock:

no way m8 our defence cant handle any pressure so inviting the huns to pressurise us is a big no no for me sorry mowbray wouldn't do that anyway , we should just do what we done the last old firm game but this time take our chances:rolleyes:
