Shocked really! The scoreline does not tell how the game was played though. Mark took a deserved lead and doubled it, 2-0 up and could have scored a lot more it was all him until I got a break I managed to get one back before halftime with a rebound off casillas. Second half I went attacking I got an early goal, at 2-2 it got really tight. Shorlty after I was awarded a penalty which was a terrible decision, never a pen imo. Mark went out attacking and pressed me back I was defending for my life but I hit him on the counter twice at the end. I'm sure mark hit the post and he had a great chance with ozil, Nuer was at his best. Well played mate I enjoyed it.

Been a great tourney had a a bit of luck on the way and to go through by 1 goal as well!

Well done mate, superb player, wouldn't be fair for me to start my post any other way, you were absolutely immense mate. Before going into this game I was unbeaten in this tourney and had a 14 game unbeaten run on my online head to head, think I've conceded 3 goals in my last 5 games online, which in FIFA is extremely hard.

Everything started so well for me, 2-0, in control, having loads of possesion wthout really hurting Kris, suddenly, Casillas made a save just for it to go straight back to Gomez who tapped in to make it 2-1. Half time stats reflected I had the edge with more possesion, more shots on and off target but that goal for Kris was so important.

Second half for me was the worst I've played in any tournament since I joined in 2010, I really was awful, I was just too complacment, I just thought I had it won, I had been on such good form and with one of the best teams in FIFA I just didn't even consider the fact I might loose, Kris deserved his equaliser, I just didn't come out second half, turning point was at 2-2, I was in the box with Ronaldo, nobody near him, simple tap in, I put it wide, that proved costly.

Kris just absolutely went for me by the throat and got a ridiculous pen decision, type that would actually cause a riot if it was given in real life! They must sort that out for FIFA 12, I just knew it wasn't my game when the pen was converted, I threw everything forward and didn't really create anything, last 15 minutes was just a horror show from my point of view! * defending and quality finishing.

Kris deserved to win the game, no question, my second half performance was shocking! Shadow of the player I was in previous rounds, have to give FULL credit to Kris, I underestimated him and I was complacent, I thought I was home and dry at 2-0, I wasn't even focusing on the match, I was having a conversation/argument with my Brother about Phil Mitchell for 10 minutes (don't ask) I took my eye off the ball, I wasn't arrogant or anything I just had this confidence that I wasn't going to lose that proved to be my downfall and Kris delivered a very sober punch RIGHT in my face.

Stats at end of game, 8 shots each, Kris had 4 more on target and 50% possesion each, think 3-2 would have been a fair reflection of the game, don't think I was 3 goals worse but my defending......I can't remember the last time I've conceded 5 goals in any game on here, think it's the most goals I've ever conceded, fair * play Kris, I got my tactics wrong, I decided to play 5 at the back and that was a poor decision from me, I'm that used to play with lesser teams in tourneys I just never consider going 4 at the back, when I had the Arsenal that Madrid have got, I should have been more brave and really go for it, I was too cautious and invited pressure.

I've learned my lesson, I'll be fully focused my next tourney and I will be looking to win another one, once again, Kris, your class buddy, lovely guy, good winner, pleasure to lose to you, your one of the good guys on this section.

 

Main thing for me was to win the Champions league, Supercup would have been a nice bonus but stillreally happy with my performance and more importantly I think this tourney has been the biggest success of any previous tourney, it's lost a bit of it's effect with the other tourney been made before this finished (something I have to admit I don't like) but I want to thank everyone for taking part and for getting your games done.

Cheers mate. I honestly thought this was gonna turn into cricket score after the second! That goal just before half time was huge for me gave me hope! I'm sure you'll win another tourney on here again you ain't in the top 100 for nothing your a great player.
