The price of football tops has really crept up over the years. £50 is a disgrace, no matter how pretty it is. Wonder how much my parents paid for my first Tic' top in 88' when I was wean?

    * tops used to be £30 when I was a wee boy. I used to always get mine for £20 when I was a kid.

When O'Neill was here I think it was 30 and 25 for kids or something. Absolutely mental.

tbh go into any shop on the high street and you'll do well to buy a basic t-shirt for less than 50 quid, don't see why people are moaning. Either buy it or don't, nothing forces you to spend the money.

Meant to symbolise a balaclava/beret, along with leather gloves, on top of a coffin :56:

That lot are wired to the moon.

£50 is steep but you do wear it a lot (I do anyway :52:), I have about 20 odd shirts in my wardrobe some of them ive only worn 1/2/3/4 times and they all cost £30+ each.

Where as im sitting wearing my bumblebee the now that ive wore about 30 times that cost £40 or something.

That is * sweet. One of the best away kits we've had in recent memory. Probably since the days of the "black magic".

Definitely getting it for the holidays this year :50:

Not one of them on FF has mentioned the possibility that black symbolises the death of Rangers....:101:

Hate the wee tri-colour bit. But if you don't see it with the sleeves worn normally then I'd say this was my favourite away kit for years! Might wait till it goes down a bit in price though as I'm wanting the home top as well and am always skint!

Are seriously trying to suggest that 50 quid for a top is overly expensive these days? Pretty much anything 'in fashion' these days costs at least 30 odd quid, I've seen plain white t shirts with a brand name on it for a good 80 quid or so in shops. A top that will last a few years and, if you're like me, you'll probs be wearing in at least 4 years time, even just to play 5s, for 50 quid is a good deal to me.
