Watching Dept Q based in Scotland (Netflix) Really good watch.

 

This is on my list to watch , gets good reviews .

 

Aye really good gentle comedy . This country is good as well , i found it hilarious.

 

Powering through this the now, been loving it but Helen Mirren is doing my box in.

 

Wasn’t expecting much from Dept Q but it’s actually really * good. Satisfying ending as well which isn’t always the case with this type of show.

 

Keep sweet and obey. Netflix. * believe in Polygamy my *. Deviant *. Taking child brides because the prophet says so. Vile vile *.

 

Blooming excellent I thought. impressed with it actually with it being effectively a Scottish production

Really enjoyed Dept Q . Loved the humour in it and hopefully a second series .

 

Just finished it myself last night and really enjoyed it. Good show and hopefully they do a second season.

 

I'm on season 2 ep 7 of tulsa king since Friday night. Wasn't expecting it to be as good as it is, was just looking for a boredom filler and to maybe watch an episode or 2 at a time but here we are.

 

Just started rewatching Vikings right from the start of season 1. What a great show that was. Just back from Denmark last Friday so that got me thinking of it.

 

Watched a couple of episodes of The Waterfront on Netflix last night. Pretty decent, definitely similar to Ozarks although not quite as good so far.

 

I have it on my to watch list. The trailer looked interesting. I liked Ozarks so maybe I will like this one. Watching the trailer it had me thinking of another netflix show which was really good called Bloodline. If you haven't watched that check it out.

 

Never seen the Ozarks. Any good? I do like Bateman in most stuff he's been in

 

Excellent series. Bateman is excellent in it, but not just him. Well worth checking out.

Finished Dept Q last night.

Brilliant. The fact it’s based in Edinburgh adds to it, plenty of familiar faces pop up too.

Big Akram is the boy. There’s legs in it too, there’s 10 books so plenty of material. They could easily go down their own lane too.

Never thought I’d see a shinty stick on Netflix.

 

Squid Game was a victim of its first season’s success, and should have ended there.

It reeked of Netflix putting pressure on the creator to make another season and him caving to make some money for himself (I don’t believe they paid him much for the first season).

Nothing worked about season 3 and they’ve set up an American one as well. It won’t work. As brilliant a watch as the first season was, the novelty has worn off.
