Neil Lennon....

Walking out of the Sion home game all I heard were people cursing aggressively Samaras and saying stuff like "they should never play him again" etc I was very much in agreement and hoped that like the rest Lenny would see sense then lo and behold he is back in today at the expense of Stokes.

That mistake as well as Ledley not playing almost handicapped us straight away.

2nd half only one team had the desire and that sadly was not the team in green.

Its still early days League wise but things need to get much better than this, mostly Lennys tactics.

We need to get a grip of this season or we will be experiencing something as miserable as 2 seasons back when crowds were sub 30000 at the end.

Lets start by playing our best team!!!!

 

I do agree with this even if he was one of the very few who played above average today. Found myself shouting at him to pass the * ball when he just continued to go on his mazy dribbles to nowhere.

We clearly have a better team. That's just plain obvious. But they operate better as a unit. And i can assure you my glasses are not tinted (except in sunlight)

 

It really amazes me that the VAST majority of people watching these games sees some players, IE Samaras, making an * of the chances their given.

WHY doesn't Neil Lennon see it?

Same goes for Brown. Never a Celtic first pick never mind a captain.

And look what happened at the END of the season - we lost by one point.

im not one to jump on the bandwagon of what the * its lennys fault brigade but * sake why the * did lenny not play ledley today or james forrest , me and thousands of other celtic fans are gutted and it could have been fixed right at the start, his subs today were nothing but shocking and he needs to waken the * up, you get a defender sent off leny in a big game you replace him with a defender not a STRIKER ffs !!! im happy that it is only the first game , * help us if it was the last !

Team selection; shocking, Defence: Shocking, Not quick enough bringing on subs, tactics: Terrible.

I've been saying this for a while now, Lennon is not a very sound manager, i like the guy i'm gonna support him and the team but i feel he isn't using the team to its full potential and his team selections are constantly mystifying. I feel he has taken on such a big joob in football too soon and that his lack of managerial experience and nievity shine through.

Last season he had us playing great but faults in the team were there for all to see and he hasn't adressed these things such as brown samaras and a * awful defence.

 

Im not biased whatsoever, Im incredibly level headed. We have a better squad, they have the better team.

 

Sameras is a joke,
Stokes and Forrest are both on fire and stuck on the Fe ***g bench?

 

That's Lennys big problem he thinks he is this great tactician.every big game is like a big test and he tries too hard and thinks too much

 

To be fair though Stokes has just come back from an injury.

 

Thats what * me off when the going gets tough we have a bunch of shitebags in our team. They have the like of Davis,McCulloch,Naismith etc all fans and who give their all and who do we have to fight ? Mmm yes the £4.4m imposter brown.

If i were stokes i`d be handing in a transfer request when you see that excuse for a player samaras. I even saw a post saying he won a few headers tonight...* save us is this a pass mark now for a forward heading a ball FFs !!!!.

We Shat it again today.bullied all over the park....The players should do their talking on the pitch not in the papers. are they good enough to make a serious challenge this season well judging by today NO.

Loovens, K. Wilson, Kahdoori, Mulgrew, Ki(supposed to be one of our future stars) all were shocking today.

Brown(unfit) Kayal were ok, Hooper did well at times and Sammy his usual up and down self.

That top list need to look at themselves and ask the question of how successful they want to be at this club coz today they were missing in action or causing friendly fire!

I think we have the makings of a good team and this Gers side are not better than us!
Time to spend money on the defence properly, but is Lenny the man you want to give the cash to??

& what you said about samaras its true but that where Lennon puts him & puts Hooper with Him!! Hooper never comes looking for it he wants the ball to feet or just in front of him so why play the 2 together they are like chalk & chees ffs anyone cans see it except our managment & he has Hoopers natural partner on the bench... even as i said i thought Samaras done well today & im not for bashing him!
