Like most fans I was willing to give him some leeway however, enough is enough and it's time for change. So, go now Neil with your reputation as a Celtic hero still in tact.

The feeling i have just now and have had for a wee while is probably the same for many. Just completely scunnered with him and everything going on at the club..

Going for 10 and we look completely clueless at every turn with nothing positive whatsoever going on....or that's how it feels anyway..

This season so far has been utter *. Knock after knock and dismal performance after dismal performance..

Friday and I just feel completely sick of everything and all of them..

To no being able to deal with leaks to publicly saying player's want away to claiming we need a culture change..

The culture change is the latest one but no one gets it. He inherited a winning team stacked with quality from the rat who improved standard's on and off the park. It was still a highly successful winning side last season under him and there isn't much that has changed..

He's basically told us that he is the reason for the drop. He didn't mean to either I don't think but it is damning nonetheless..

 

I dont think the players have much respect for Lennon as a manager. He threw them under the bus on more than one occasion and last night he questioned their culture. I wouldn't be surprised he if he back tracks again and states that they are a "wonderful group of pmayers and a joy to work with.." Lennon clearly lacks man management and motivational skills. He has a blame culture. Everyone else to blame but not him. As a coach he is clueless, devoid of ideas and unable to change things. Loyal to players who are going through the motions and dont give a toss. His " legend" status will be tarnished if he does not do the right thing and resign. I don't think he will as he is far too stubborn and narrow minded to see the bigger picture.

 

Actually someone did, I said I wanted Lennon to go, I gave no abuse just that he wasn't up to the job and no one is bigger than the club.
Then the poster was only saying that it was a disgrace not to support the manager.

 

If we sack NL now just hand Sevco the league title. It's not NL's fault players are not putting in the effort on the pitch.

Too many players are not bothered because they believe they are better than they are. Ntcham great when he came hasn't kicked a ball since he never got to move at the start of last season. Edouard been rotten since this season started. Christie is overrated and is desperate for a PL move.

New keeper is lacking confidence because the defense is terrible. Duffy just hasn't hit the ground running and is suffering a confidence crisis. Leigh Griffiths needs to get himself fit and ready to play a full 90 mins as does Rogic. Not fit to play then they are failing at there job as a sportsman.

The biggest problem we have is that the players give possession away cheaply all the time remember when we use to keep the ball and grind teams down. Now we have no ideas and struggle to keep the ball even with simple passes but that's on the players.

I still don't understand why we got rid of Johnny Hayes as he was one of our best performers last year. I don't understand why we didn't keep Craig Gordon either madness.

I've got a feeling those decision were not NL's.

Keep the faith in NL it's not the manager its bad attitude from a number of players imo.

Hayes was due to cost cutting because of virus,its why we let so many players go or go on loan.
I said at the time if gordon does go and FF does not come back we would be in the * and that is what happened.
Griff looks match fit to me,weeks ago he played 90 mins v hibs,but this unfit rumour still hangs about,i think its him and lennon and not match fitness.

But it's lenny's fault we play eddy game after game regardless of form,ajeti and griff look to be on better form but its eddy games after game.
Its lenny's fault we play duffy game after game regardless how many goals he costs us,i expect him to start again v motherwell,he needs dropped and replaced,even if its someone from reserves.
It's lenny's fault brown is playing 270 mins a week at 35,while sorro and turnbull play cards in the stands.
Its lenny's fault when a system is not working he waits till we have lost 2 goals to make a change.
It's lenny's fault we wait a hour into a game to use subs when everyone can see its not working 30 mins into the game.

Yes the players have been rotten in games and little or no effort and mistakes are made,but you take a player off and replace with someone who is gagging for game time...look at the difference griff made because he cares.If players have no threat to their place in the team then they take it for granted and standards drop. But it's the same tired or mistake prone or underperforming players every time.

And that's down to lenny.
