For those who are in love.....
    He's deffo no learning..

He's heavily reliant on Kennedy during game's and anyone can see that as well..

We're a side who is wide open/meat and drink for any counter attacking side's with a bit of pace..

Our play is so easy to read. We don't really have a proper game plan and it's mostly side to side and whenever a game is tough, we start to play long ball's..

Think I read last night now that we've got 3 game's to get in tge Europa and won't be seeded for the playoff if we get there. Could get a quality side in qualifying and have no European football this season..

Criminal that last night. All he had to do when we got the break and equaliser, was add a striker and some pace as that mob were dead on their feet. He didn't and they done us..

Same happened against Cluj. Got back in to it and were going at them and got done..

His saving grace yesterday funnily enough was having no fan's.....as the reaction would've been toxic..

    * knows. Felt the same dread as the Lewis Morgan up front Cup final before the game. A ridiculous decision to have two centre forwards and play neither. They were not a good team, think it would have been a different story with at least one striker playing. Love the guy and am a bit taken aback by the widespread call for his head on social media, but am doubting I must admit, just don’t see why he thought that was the right thing to do.

Lennon is going to lose the dressing room very * quickly if he continues to lay the blame on individuals, and make comments about their commitment etc, when he has made a howling error himself.

He lacks class in that department. Always has. He brushes over his own mistakes with a small mention, but isn't slow to put the boot in on individual players.

Worrying times coming up if this happens.

Aye, Elhamed made a mistake a costly one but it's literally his first mistake in a Celtic Jersey.. Was harsh the way Lenny spoke about him.

Anyone can scout us and make us easy to nullify not enough variety in our selections.

Having said that we did have a perfectly good goal chalked off and if Ntchams effort goes in instead of the bar it could have been very different.

I can only imagine what the players were thinking. Prior to the game they'd probably have been scoffing at no Striker. Then to get grief after the game when such glaring mistakes were made by Lennon. To sit there stubbornly no put a striker on. He is lucky Lawwell is a tight * because it could have been a sacking for that last night. Gross incompetence.

Last night was an accumulation of bad decisions and slipping standards which have increased dramatically since Lennon took over. This is what happens when you appoint managers in the shower.

Time for him to go, it is quite evident he has limited input at the club, doesn’t seem to have much say on transfers that’s Peter Lawwell and Hammond, doesn’t do much coaching that’s Kennedy and now Strachan (who was Kennedy’s pick), team selection not convinced it is all him either.

Squad management no real input there he wanted to keep Hayes and the core of team from last year that isn’t happening.

The club never learns, last season when we had a challenge for 6 months and were outplayed in two games against them (making it outplayed in 4 of the last 6) should have been a massive wake up call. If that wasn’t enough, the weak exits to Cluj and Copenhagen with home defeats should have been. The fact we can’t even beat a team like Livi away.

For a couple of seasons we seen what a difference a good coach/manager can make. He left in a snakey way and was a fraud but he was a big part of a lot of success and putting proper standards in place for future success, which are now being wasted due to our return to our old ways. His main failing for us was on the transfer front, appointing his hopeless pal Congerton.

The club just seems to love shooting itself in the foot, CL group qualification should be a high probability yet we have now made it a complete lottery which we fail to win more often than not.

The most frustrating thing for me this morning was when he threw the players under the bus (he eventually took some of the blame ) . Maybe it was just me but i didnt see a lack of desire from that team last night we outplayed them for 80mins it was when we got to there penalty box there was no one there to put the ball in the net from the numerous pass backs and crosses . Thats all down to Lenny . To say one of our strikers is not match fit when the boy has not stopped training since the lockdown is madness . We have to put on a show against Motherwell or hes in for a lot of stick im not in the sack him camp but if we dont get a good result there will be huge pressure for him to go

Does Lazio happen when you appoint managers in the shower?

I'm furious about last night but the way Neil was appointed had absolutely * all to do with that result.

Am not sure any manager could upgrade on Forster with £5M. Not sure most managers could upgrade on Forster for £10M. Same for Tierney. Lustig was brilliant in his day but I'd argue el hamed was a brilliant replacement for lustig.

Still can't get the image out my head of him sitting in the dugout raging last night when we were 1-1 and dominating the game.

I feel if he changed anything last night - if he had managed the game at all, we'd be sitting looking forward to the draw for the next round.

    Don’t think so tbf.

said would take draw at livi last season got slagged on here we got a 90th minute equaliser.

said we would * it up last night and did.

You are allowed an opinion and imo that last night was the worst one of the last 6 years!

    Yep.

Has Kennedy giving all the instructions while he sits on his * looking * off for 90 minutes. Been like that since he came back.

Always find it weird how much he talks about Kennedy and Woods etc being so important. Makes me wonder how much Lennon actually does.

He doesn’t believe in shaping, which is one of the most ridiculous things I’ve heard. He’s not exactly a coach. So what the * is he? A hype man?
