But if folk are gonna claim he's a bad attitude, then the onus is surely on them to prove it.
Much like in criminal cases, if you want to accuse someone of something, it's on you to prove it. Innocent til guilty and all that.

And using the "he asked the manager to get more game time and Lennon didn't take kindly to it" actually points more to Lennon having the bad attitude in this situation.

Right, so one guys opinion, yours os that he had a fantastic attitude, brilliant trainer and Lennon decided to just be a * to him and all reports to the contrary are made up by… I dunno, people out to get him or something?

 

Never did I say he was a fantastic attitude or brilliant trainer. You're now adding those for effect here.

I'm saying, Lennon's a *, known to be and we all have evidence of it.

So of the two possible (extreme ends) scenarios of which one was the * with the bad attitude in this scenario, I'm going for Lennon being the bigger * here.

There's not many youth players if any at all that should have been breaking in to our first team and we subsequently let go that have gone on to much. We have had many a wonderkid who 'should be playing' disappear from our books and they fade in to obscurity. I think there's a reason for that. The ones that do make it, like Tierney, McGregor, Forrest are the ones with the correct mindset for me and the guys that have gone on to be top internationals and wealthy young men to boot.

I'm going to hedge my bets and say that of all the young guys that have bailed on us in recent years I would be very surprised if I'm looking back in 10 plus years cursing our decision.

Some would be well advised to make it here before they cut and run. Over to you Karamoko.

At the time things were falling apart for us I tried to explain to people this is a big part of the reason he was refusing to leave.

I was told on here that he’d get a job in lower English prem or at least upper championship without much bother and the reason he was staying was selflessness or something like that.

 

Amazing that people are still scrambling to back this reprobate up.

He’s never a Celtic man in a million years. Does not have our interests at heart.

Some of the biggest Rangers fans on this planet couldn’t have sabotaged us more than this clown if they tried.

He does not care about you, your family, or your club for that matter.

He thinks you should be highly appreciative that you had the pleasure of watching him in our dugout, regardless of his numerous severe failings.

Narcissism at its finest. Look it up. He should be used as a case study in years to come.

Hickey was a youth team player and I think most supporters never knew he had played for us but yeah he's obviously looking like a top talent but I don't think he was anywhere close to our B team never mind the first team at his time here. I'm more meaning the guys in and around the first team like Doak, Dembele. If they can stay here and show they are good enough to get minutes then I think they can build an excellent career from there rather than running off to an elite club, for more money initially but inevitably bein a reserve and loaned out for their whole time there. Even Hickey didn't do that, he went to Hearts got minutes and moved on from there.
