Mental how much my opinion of him has changed man.

 

Ah ffs, were we all supposed to do this? I didn't get the memo sorry, this is all my fault.

 

We shouldn’t be in this position, the facts are Lawwell, DD fell asleep at the wheel and * it.

We should be light years ahead of the zombies and pretty much qualifying each year for the champions league groups.

Every season we always fail to recruit in time for the qualifying rounds and it’s shown.

I couldn’t give a flying * what they knuckle dragging * pigs have done or not done.

Lennon and his two pals Lawwell and DD * this club massively and caused damage that it’s going to take years to fix.

This shouldn’t have happened at all.

 

Hopefully Lennon out next. Lawwell was never going to resign on Friday morning and clear his desk by Friday evening. The new guy probably does still have contractual obligations. It's standard at PLCs for this to happen - there is nothing to stop a handover process going on

I never expected an announcement about Lennon yesterday - that would have really created the impression that things were out of control at the club and possibly deter investors.

Probably foolishly but I think Lennon may see the season out and that's it. I'm hopeful that the same process may be followed prior to season ticket renewals - an announcement that he's leaving at the end of the season and naming his successor.

Hopefully DD allows Lawwell NO input into this decision as it's really not his business any more.

I would love to see a respected DOF and manager/head coach appointed - but I'm mentally prepared for Jack Ross with Kennedy being foisted on him as assistant.

Had to laugh when he said it’s just the media wanting to get rid of him, I can’t believe how self righteous he is.

 

Lennons like this * you invited to your birthday house party.

He got * hammered and wrecked the place, slapped your maw, shat on the carpet, pished in your pot plants, everyone left in disgust...ruined everything.

But he's still on your sofa eating toast the next day insisting he didn't do anything wrong and won't order a taxi.

 

I'm confused. In this analogy are you saying Lennon is your da?

 

He knows it's not just the media looking for his resignation, for us to plan properly for the champions league qualifiers he needs sacked now and a new guy brought in ASAP. The league I have no doubt we'll win most seasons but champions league is something we keep getting wrong, that needs to change.

 

He's actually told us the only way he'll be leaving is if somecunt phones a taxi FOR him

This sounds as if you are putting all the blame on Lawwell. While he certainly has a lot to answer for - the biggest mistake was bringing Lennon back.

Lennon has taken the club backwards over the last 2 years and this season has been an embarrassment (not least because of Lennon's press conferences and after match comments).

I'm glad Lawwell is going as are we all.

Lennon is not going to transform from a lousy delusional manager into a world beater because Lawwell is going.

We are Celtic and we will rise again - but only when Lennon and co are gone and quality replacements are hired.

I hate the way he talks like he’s going to be here for a while or like he deserves to be here.

With the new CEO income Lennon is nothing more than a caretaker now. No way the new CEO is that dumb to poison his already difficult start with a liability like Lennon. Or in other words, will find out quite soon how good our new CEO really is.

 

Feel utterly dejected he's still here. Lawell leaving will be better in the long term. In the short term the club needs an immediate boost. He needs to be gone. Or at the minimum, we're told when he's going to give us that boost.

 

You've got to be joking mate, he'll know probably know more about Gaelic football and who runs that, than he'll know about Rugby. Lennon going anywhere near a Rugby stadium in Scotland would be booed and harassed out the building.

I find it hard to believe how he's managed to blame, everything and everyone else about the mishaps of this season and is yet to put his hands up to take flack.
