Hopefully yes - frankly I'd rather sign nobody than another Lennon/Lawwell project. It's encouraging in as much as it would indicate that there will be a new manager (at some point) and they don't him stuck with a player he doesn't want who only joined in Jan.

It's hardly going to make a big difference this season, the league is lost and I couldn't care less about the Scottish cup.

I agree - I think if they do a Ronny and have a press conference where Lennon says he's leaving at the end of the season - it's wasting everyone's time.

I'm not a season ticket holder but I'm not spending another penny on the club (Celtic TV, merchandise etc) until I know who the manager will be and have a fair idea of what this "restructure of football operation" entails.

I wouldn't put it past these ****s to announce Lenny is leaving and, after the majority of renewals are in, announce Jack Ross with Lawwell still in place.

I actually can't BELIEVE he has survived thus far.

Im starting to cross over into "* this *" territory. ie: not ONE more penny from me. Not one more minute watching a game or checking the news.

This * is ACTUALLY givibg me anxiety. To the point where I'm lying in bed awake worrying about * us happening to us.

Even if they said, lenny is here till the summer and then we will make some changes it would not be so bad.But this dragging along not knowing * all watching us struggle to hold onto 2nd is not on. Club like no other....aye * right it is,no other club would support a manager 23 points behind.....he must be great at golf. Thanks DD.

Absolutely zero planning or foresight from the club. They got drunk on patting themselves on the back winning the league at a canter each year. Trying to fluke Europe on the cheap. This season was about doing the 10iar in the cheapest way possible. They gambled, a manager that would have our squad playing probably would have had enough for sevco but having a team devoid of tactics, ideas and confidence we were always doomed to fail . I just can't believe Lennon's there. He won't walk and they won't pay .

And rightly so, for all his service to the club, holding us to ransom and neglecting the once high standards of this team in such a historical season is unforgivable. Not to mention the way he’s conducted himself to the press as OUR manager of late. When crowds are back in and he returns to be paraded for some reason or to do the half time lotto or whatever, I will be neither shocked nor embarrassed if a section of the crowd loudly boo him.

The German will also not hesitate to implement some of his ideas - be it on the tactics board or elsewhere. At his previous clubs, he drew up diet plans, monitored sleeping patterns of players, overhauled the analytics department, changed the scouting processes and got involved in the renovation of facilities.

    Regarding Tuchel appointment at Chelsea.

Exactly the sorta stuff that Rodgers (and Deila to a lesser extent) had implemented.

    Exactly what's needed now!

Was a mention here a while back lenny was on a bonus (2 million ?)if we got 10,and they wont sack him till its mathematically impossible to win the league so they wont have to pay the bonus.

Not sure if its true but the way things are going it seems to make sense.

Certainly passions will have cooled and people will probably look at his time here in a more reasoned way.

However, his legacy and the first thing the majority of people will think of when his name comes up is that he ****ed our chance of 10IAR.

Yeah - I remember reading that and wondering if there is anything in it. It would explain a lot. If he was only owed 300k for his contract - I think DD/PL should pay the man out and we'll move on.

However, if its true that he would get a substantial bonus and he's not willing to waive it (even though we know the league is gone) then I'm with DD/PL - why the **** should they pay Lennon a massive bonus for completely * up this season.

I've already not watched a few games now.
Watched the last game to see if Lennon's bullshit reasons for going to Dubai held true...they didn't...plus he was a hypocritical * with his remarks all season about guys being not match fit - yet fields a team of players who hadn't kicked a ball in 3 weeks.
Square that one in your mind Lennon.

There really is no joy, motivation, reason, anything to watch another one of our games this season.
The Scottish cup aside - maybe just * maybe someone might realise there is at least something to play for still - but I doubt really if Lennon has not learnt anything in his ten years of management, will he suddenly in the next 10 weeks just for one trophy.

I wonder what * excuses we will get today from him (if he takes it ). Will it be about turning another one of those fecking corners or will it be the no crowds affecting us excuse, no luck or that the team has been badly affected by Covid etc.

any hard working honest manager would have turned this around by now, not saying we would have won the league but wed have been a lot closer to the huns and our performances wouldnt be as dog * as they are

lennon * off the players causing the players to lose respect and then sucked up to them when he realised the tantrums werent working on them, hes lost them completely and they are not performing at all for him

every game 8 or 9 of the players are just going through the motions and theres no team in the world that could perform in that state

why is he still here ? dont believe for minute the board arent aware that the players downed tools and lost faith in the manager

Judging by the quotes from the press conference seems like a bunch of players know he's hanging on and want out as soon as possible, just a dreadful state of affairs we're only going to get worse under him, even if we don't appoint a new manager straight away he just has to be * removed just for the sake of everybody he's hanging around like a * poison sucking the life out of the whole club.
