    The way I see it is Kennedy is part of the current problem. We see Lennon and Kennedy talking at the sidelines. They decide as a collective what the supposed solutions to our problems are and both are getting it wrong. Making Kennedy manager short term or otherwise is just a change of face. He has got go with Lennon

    This is the way forward. Get a system and drill that into the players all the way from youth to senior sides in the same way the Dutch sides do.

    The coaching structure should be massive at this club.
    Instead we seen to be coaching like a pub team.
    And that's not exaggerating.

    This is exactly what Rodgers done when he came in. It lets you know what young players will be able to step up easily playing the same formation.

    Ronnie had the right idea of taking us into the way European teams set up from top to bottom. He just wasn't the experienced manager we needed to come in & do that. Rodgers came in & sorted it. Now Lennon has taken all that backwards :31:

    100%. If we can't compete with clubs for top players. We should be heavily investing in the coaching set up to compensate.

    Just heard on the news in passing some of the "reasons" for Lampard being sacked - failure to see where sustained improvement would come from.

    * me Lennon has proven that 4 fold this season and still remains in a job here.
