    All well and good, and few would judge Rodgers for leaving under those conditions.

    But you do not leave mid-season. He should've stayed and walked out the front door. No excuses.

    I think the board have * up by announcing some sort of review.They clearly thought things would get better,there is no way we can remain this * all season.And here we are in Jan just as * as we was back then with the so called review in the next 7 days. I wont be surprised if they stick with lennon because they have no plan B.It was lennon this season and maybe make some changes in the summer when the bulk of the team leaves.

    They will get the captain in the. Speak to rest of the players and staff and make a decision from their a post midterm if you will on what’s gone wrong and if he deserves the sack example they will find out off players and staff if he’s been * about in his duties

    Another thing in a long list of things that * me off was when he had a go at Big John Hartson.

    Said it was easy to be in the media. Not as easy as what you do you * clown, fail at every key performance indicator and still earn over £1million a year. Nothing but a mercenary.

    For me Peter Lawell should have no say in picking a new manager or putting any negotiating contracts together. He is a main problem in this current fiasco and to allow him to put down the new foundations would be laughably ridiculous. Surely it should fall on Ross Desmond if he is the chosen one. We need to announce him immediately to get the ball rolling. Then we can clear the deadwood and problematic players. This has to be a new era and the setting up of a structure that can be maintained for years to come.
