unless he was injured, it was an outrageous decision to take off Hayes.

Neil, thanks but I don't want you ANYWHERE near this job next season. Take Duff and Kennedy with you.

I know this is an emotional game and the dust will settle, but I'd honestly let Lenny leave now before he continues his dire record at Hampden and * us out the cups as well.

I look forward to the 'Lennon for next season' mob coming here and defending him...or maybe not.

I like him as a guy and what he's done at theh club, hh wears his heart on his sleeve and I loved him celebrating at the end...but face it, Lennon tactically thinks only one or two steps ahea . A better coach would have done it differently (yes Rodgers when his mind was on the job, woulda wiped the floor with them in 2nd half). His choices were strange, from starting 11 to subs.

I'm happy for him that we won. That was way tighter than it should have been though

Today just showed why Lenny is not the man to take this football club onto the next level .
Lenny I love you like a brother but I hope you don’t get the job in the summer.

Today didn't show anything, Lennon, with all due respect, was never that man. Rodgers showed what is needed.

Lennon done fine today, he isn't solely to blame for the players taking 20-25 mins off in the second half.

Aye Lennon not the man for the job, definitely not a safe pair of hands.

Delighted for him that he got the win but was way nervier than it should have been.

If Hayes wasn't injured the game management was poor..

The substitution at half time was shocking. Tavernier was given the space he needed to get forward, and their best chances, and ultimately their goal, came from that.

I think Lennon was going for the big win rather than stopping them play.

    Very naive imo.

Need to give Lenny a break. He's come in to help us out and maybe he's still finding his feet a bit with this squad. I didn't agree with some of his decisions today either but to be fair we're having an unprecedented number of injuries to important players. We haven't had a decent defence in a long time. Had our squad been fully fit he would have been able to hold off on the subs thereby introducing fresh legs nearer the end.

Love him to bits, but fairly made that so much more difficult than it needed to be.

Rodgers would have won that game by 4.

    Still love him but.

That is my thinking as well. I thought he started with Hayes as he was unsure about Tierney lasting and Hayes could move back if he had to go off. Then he takes Hayes off, Tierney does break down and I have no idea what the plan was.
Then in a game crying out for pace he puts on an unfit Rogic when Burke and Weah are there. Maybe it is just me, but it feels like he is already starting to leave out the loan players, which I feel is a bad idea at this stage.
