only going by what we watched today , only as good as your last game and to beat the huns were going to need to step it up and be aggressive and assertive , and run over the top of them at home.

    Again, harsh mate..

    * displays don't produce results..

You tell me a formation that can combat 11 defenders in their own penalty box. Dundee made it tough and they are fighting for their lives.

Performances have been disappointing no doubt, but there's no way minds should be made up, as that would be grossly unfair.

By the end of the season we will have a clearer picture and not necessarily defined by winning or not winning the treble.

Can anyone honestly say that the performances over the last 4 games would have been better under Rodgers. I don't think so. In saying that I'm not sure Lennons the man long term.

See, I find this attitude weird. Think having Lenny at the helm is a safe choice that pretty much guarentees 10 in a row. What we don’t need just now is a gamble and unknown quantity.

I think Rodgers game management v The Sheep would have prevailed he had McInnes number 100%.. however there's no guarantee we would have win twice in Edinburgh.

I agree with that performances will have to improve though still early days, but he knows how to win for a start and knows the club, expectations and league.

I agree with you to an extent. Lenny is a safe pair of hands and is likely to get the 10. But for the progression of the club, and if the right manager was available (somebody of Rodgers stature) I think we could leave rangers behind for years and establish ourselves in Europe. Its a gamble but maybe one worth taking.

I’d trust Neil Lennon with Celtic in Europe far more than I would the likes of Brendan Rodgers mate.

Stumbling across the finish line to ten-in-a-row, only to find ourselves in the same position that we were in ten years ago, holds little appeal for me.

We had, and still have, the chance to leave the rest of Scottish football in our wake. We should be looking for someone to take us to take us to the next level, not a safe pair of hands.

If Lennon gets the job permanently, it should be on merit, not because he is (to some extent) a known quantity.

I honestly haven’t put much thought into it. Kind of taking it game by game given the situation Lennon was put into.

Next game is huge for him, put in a decent performance and bury the huns and then we’ll be able to focus on the cup, pretty much.

I see no reason why we can’t win the treble again but history has proved that doing so is the exception rather than the norm, regardless of the fact we did it in the last two seasons, so I don’t think it should be a must in terms of Lennon keeping the job. This isn’t his team.

Thankful for him stepping in, but I canny believe people actually want him long term.

We need far, far better if we want to keep improving as a club.

Don't see the point in giving the likes of henderson and Johnston games, when quite clearly they are not up to task.
It's alright doing that at home when your 2-0 up in games and cruising, give them a run out when the league is won and not any pressure on them to express themselves.

But tight games like today never seen the point in it starting johnston.

Henderson’s done well when he’s stepped in. Set up a couple goals and is unlucky not to have set up a couple more. Not down to him but others not finishing.

Aye but he's got weah and burke on the bench there today , i'd have played burke and Edouard upfront they just sat in the box anyway.

Very frustrating day but if we'd got that stonewaller penalty I'm sure we'd have got a few more goals.

We have been disappointing but it's been a difficult time for the staff and I'm far from convinced about Lenny...and JK at the helm...but we're almost there.
