Today just further proved he shouldn't be the man to take us forward he watched from Hearts first goal up to the equaliser and never changed a thing when it was as clear as day the goal was coming

It was painful viewing at times today, especially lookin at Lenny and JK standing there looking totally clueless about what they should do next.

We haven't been at the races this season, our defence is a mess, the goals we are conceding are shocking.

I really hope Lenny isn't given more time, because things ain't gettin any better if he remains in place.

Congrats on the job done today as hard as it was. No point mentioning br in this on time served here etc as Lennon would never ever be offered or have available the jobs open to br for very obvious reasons.
Well done Lennon on scraping it but for the sake of yourself and everyone else step aside.

It's a mental situation where you have won the cup and done the quadruple treble. But if the manager drops any points against Ross County, Hamilton and Sevco. He's lost the league, job and the fans. Surreal feeling knowing the club, Lennon and PL are living on a game by game basis.

The proper analysis will come after today, today we celebrate in relief and be grateful we witnessed it.......and that rearranging the seats on the titanic worked.

    Let's be brutally honest.

That's the only thing we're winning this season, and technically it is last season's achievement.

Hearts are an awful side, but took us to pens and could have won it before that.

Aye I'm delighted we won but feels like it's just a sticking plaster over the inevitable disaster that we lurch to week after week.

I really think if he walked now after winning the treble from last year I may gain a bit of respect back for him.
Wishful thinking on my behalf I'm sure, however sometimes Christmas wishes do come true.
If not then I fear we will be battered at Ibrox if we play the way we did 2nd half onwards today.

You say that as if Lennon is doing it out of charity, he will be well paid for his role and will never get another one as big and he knows that. Yes he’s been through some shocking stuff whilst at us, but that doesn’t mean we are obliged to keep him employed whilst he is desperately failing in his role.

I've been one of the biggest slaters of everyone and everything this season but seen today any * that has anything bad to say can * right off. Every win isn't going to be straight forward. Decisions may have been but made differently than the vast majority would've wanted. But that raw emotion and relief and feeling is what it is all about. Up the * celtic!!!

I want him gone asap and I think he made that final more difficult than it had to be through his inaction but at the same time I am happy for him and I hope he enjoys it, it's a remarkable achievement winning a treble and he deserves credit for it.

It’s the players that need a rocket up their * for a dreadful second half performance!

they continually gave away stupid fouls that put us under pressure. Christie in particular that lead to their second.

if Lenny is to blame for the second half performance then who gets the praise for the first half?

Let's be honest it was no better we just won the cup so it feels like we are getting better. If you look at the bigger picture that performance is not good enough we were all over the place in the second half. Say what you like about Hearts but they are a in The Championship so are a Championship side and they outplayed us for large parts of that game. The camera cuts to Kennedy and Lennon when Hearts had the momentum and they are just standing their clueless. Don't get me wrong I buzzing wr got the Quadruple and all that but I fear it's just papering over the cracks. We were lucky its anyones game on penalties.

no but being a rat * * who tells fairy stories(danny mcgrain, auld wumin he revived, hun in the clyde tunnel) and * off to a smaller club after declaring his eternal love for the tic does make me think twice about whether he is the right guy for the club and in my book can open the door for some constructive criticism.

Indeed. I believe that (barring a financial meltdown at Ibrox) Lennon is already destined to be remembered as the man who lost 10IAR. DD/PL are equally to blame (as Lennon is clearly delusional about how bad the performances are and his own abilities) - they are not and are keeping him in place IMO purely for financial reasons.

If he went now, on a high, it would not redress all the damage he has done to his reputation here but it would certainly be the right thing to do and people would give him more respect.

Having witnessed another example of the non-existent tactical ability of our manager (JK/GS also) - I am frankly amazed that Rangers* are ONLY 1/9 to win the league.

Just over 18 months ago - PL appointed Lennon under cover of the treble treble celebrations. Alas, I think he is using the opportunity to treat us as stupid again and keep Lennon in place as the man who can "turn this around".

We need a manager who reacts to stuff that happens in the game. One who makes subs early. That is a rarity in modern football, sadly. Not just Lennon's problem. But it was evident today.
