    Hope you're right mate but I feel it'll take a big change (in management) to galvanise the players and it looks unlikely just now.

    If he wants to restart or kick-start the season as far as this team is concerned, he has to give new players a chance.

    I think a team of work horses with limited ability but who follow strict instructions is what we need now. Guys who are hungrier than the majority of the starting 11 that we've went with for most of the season.

    Let Soro, Turnbull etc get a go at it and see what happens.

    I see a spanking on the cards tonight, then maybe a draw or a defeat on Sunday.

    The annoying thing is Lennon is here to stay.

    More annoyingly he still hasn't accepted any blame for the performances this season.

    I see today he has been slabbering on about new signings in January to help get us back on track.

    * cant even play the ones he just * signed.
    I assume the story is meant to make us settle down in the knowledge he is planning ahead and forward thinking, but he can * off if he thinks he is getting any more money.

    In fact if we do give him more money I will be even more annoyed at the board, if possible.

    I know they dont say * all to us anyway, but the notion is we are a tight club who wont want to pay the compensation and hire a new manager, surely ANY money Lennon is planning on spending would be better spent just getting a new manager who can actually get the respect and work out of the current batch that Lennon is currently failing.

    They’ll spend money in January because contrary to popular belief, it’s not solely about money.

    It’s about control. Lawwell has spent and will spend on Lennon because he controls Lennon.

    For him it’s better to spend money on Lennon than face the prospect of hiring a competent management team from abroad that might call him out.

    ‘Knows the city’ is code for ‘Knows Peters in charge and won’t turn against him’.

    That’s why we really need someone who, ‘Knows the City’..

    Please can we finally call this * out and get rid of them so our club can fulfil its potential? I was as blind as anyone until now but I’ll admit it and am willing to do something about it.

    Right, I'll roll my sleeves up to sit in front of the telly and shout at the screen ffs. The only people who can affect anything are the ones employed by the club and I don't have any belief in them. That's not lack of fight it's just accepting reality.

    Can’t wait for the board to give him another 15 million to spend on guys that he’ll drop after a few games or, better yet, give them 5 minutes every 2 months. Just spend the money on a competent manager.

    And this “we’re essentially 5 points behind” patter. Eh? We just lost 2-0 at home against Ross County. Assuming we’ll win our games in hand is ridiculous.

    Exactly how I feel now, why should we bother when the board don’t listen, I couldn’t care less now as it was consuming me.
    Everything the board do is half arsed.
    If the the next coaching set up still has Kennedy and Strachan involved I’m done.

    Aye that's the solution get more players in in January but keep a hold of the clueless manager, by that time we'll be 20 points behind the uglies.


    You'd think the Board and chemical ali were smoking crack, all our top players will be wanting to get away from this nightmare, still we can always enjoy Lenny's pre and post match interviews, that'll give us all a good laugh. :41:
