A testament to the Academy too since three of four of our best players at the moment are Academy graduates. With the money the snake spent on his best signings you would expect them to be head and shoulders above the rest of the squad but they're not.

Be interesting to see if he varies tactics..

He likes to play two up top at times and has utilised a diamond as well..

Hopefully he’ll bring a bit of variation as BR could be very predictable in terms of shape and formation..

Over the piece Lennon still has the better win percentage over Rodgers thats despite managing us for longer and on a smaller budget.

think he will be encouraging us to be a bit more direct , not long balls but just less passes across the back ( pointless passes )

think last night you see how much we missed Cmcg and Christie

bitton and brown dont help as they arent the quickest at going forward

Bitton is only his second game back after 15months out , Tierney just back after months out , A young boy Henderson just been given a chance last couple of games yet we still went up there and took the 3 points wich we have failed to do in our last few attempts , it's a huge win in the grand scheme of things.

If we win the cup fair enough , but the focus is always the league first ,and to keep the sequence going of titles , 10 is everything to the supporters.

I think it's something that can give great encouragement for our season, Rogic, Christie, McGregor, Thumb, Benkovic all missing (sure I've missed some here).

KT just back, Toljan still finding his feet after hardly playing since his move to Dortmund, Bitton in from the wilderness, Young Ewan in for only his second start and we still grind out the win when the chips were down.

Brilliant result last, even when ignoring Dodger, it's made even more impressive when you consider the shirstorm Dodger left behind him.

Disappointed to hear him comment on playing it out from the back. I don’t think we should be abandoning it.

Rodgers did it too much but I think he had found a balance in recent months. It’s useful a useful tool in a team’s arsenal and why players like McGregor are thriving.

Mcgregor thrived because he was trusted in browns position and actually didn't pass back as much

Id happily abandon it um sick of losing a goal then tippy tappy * when we should be going straight up the park looking for a goal.

It won’t be abandoned, it just won’t be to such a degree that we’re shooting ourselves in the foot.

Enjoyed that welcome home video. Let’s you see what it means to him and members of the staff who know him.
The proud look on his face is awesome.

Definitely, it stood out a mile last night with all the reactions. Backed up by that wee film.
People worrying or wondering if he will resort to hoofball, not a chance. What he will insist on is if in doubt get it too * out and play from there.
