I noticed that as well, probably because he was sat on the bench for 70+ mins.He shouldn't gripe because Lennon got his tactics spot on.There's a picture of the Bhoys in the dressing room after the game and Paddy looks ecstatic, and Kayal gets far more game time than him.

lol He is doing great now but he still has just the one title and one CL group stage mate. He surely will do very well with this great side he has built but give it time for some more achievements over the next few years before you start putting him 2nd after big Jock. He is still behind 3 or 4 Celtic managers in achievements as yet. The time for claiming stuff like that will be in a couple of years (unless of course he gets us to the last couple of stages of the CL this year!)

Love him to bits. We are so lucky.
Weird to think, but things could have been so different if it weren't for the huns having an anti-Catholic signing policy.

    Controversial but true.

You can take that back to some of our greatest players and managersas well.

ah OK maybe not the night for being captain logic. Brilliant brilliant night. Dont get me wrong, its taken a few seasons but this is a brilliant squad Lenny has built. I would be amazed if he didnt win the SPL for the next 3 or 4 years and do well in the CL too. Tonight was up there with the very best nights of the last 15 years.

Or more importantly us not having ever had a similar policy. Imagine the players we would not have had.

All of this. Just chuffed to bits for him, and chuffed to bits that he's such a die hard Celtic man that he'll probably stay for years to come.

    I'm not picky.
Another thing that makes tonight even sweeter is that the more Lennon grows, the more he builds the team up, the more games he win's, the more experience he gets and the more titles & trophies he win's the less we see of the Lenny bashers :icon_mrgreen:

I think he's come such a long way since March 2010 and he has shown in that time that he is no mug. He may have gotten things wrong, made some strange late substitutions at times but he has learned and gained experience and if he keeps going the way he is then I can hopefully see him being with us for a long time.

Monday 6th November 2012, nearly a year to the day when Glasgow Celtic had a ordinary team 15pts behind the now liquidated club formally know as Rangers.

Tuesday 7th November 2012 - The day Neil Francis Lennon officially turned a group of cats into Lions.... We have had the Lisbon Lions, we have had King Kenny, we have had Lubo the "gift from *", we have had the magnificent 7 Henrik Larsson, now its time to welcome Lenny's Lions and boy do they know how to roar.

Everyone thought they were tuning in to watch the greatest team in the world!!! & to be fair they were not wrong, as they went on to win the game 2-1.

Neil Lennon - The man who eats thunder & craps lightning

A group on Facebook is saying he donated a shirt from the game last night to Depression Alliance. Unconfirmed atm, some of these groups post some * at times, but wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if true. Top man. :shamrock:
