    Maybe but I think Lennon knows the way the fans reacted to Strachan when he used to say * like that! Maybe if it was at a time where we had blitzed the league, but in our situation the fans are gagging to see a big name striker sign as its the only way people are going to buy their season tickets.

    So if he said something like that i think the fans would just be * off with him.

    Both find the back of the net for their current teams........ and neither seem to go on long stretches where they don't score. (i.e. Sammy, MAF)

    Some strikers headed down into relegation:

    Fletcher- Burnley
    Fagan - Hull City (the rest are loannees and big Jan)
    Kanu - Portsmouth


    ... though West Ham has some very decent players : Charlton Cole (perma-crock though) and Diamanti are two I've seen play especially well

    Think this is the level we're at now. Trying to find this talent and bring it on sell for a profit. Trolling through Premiership reserves is potentially a good way for us to find somne really good players. Just wish we had spotted Jamie O'Hara before this season. Would have been good.

    carews wouldnt move but i really like the sound of hooper anyone who could score a barrel load of goals for one of the worst teams in the championship would surly score goals for the best team in the spl
