    I agree, but the way we conduct our business is offering ridiculously lower than what the prospective players' club has asked, we also * about too much and leave it too late, I can't see us bringing in anybody anywhere near Hoopers level sadly.

    It's not a lack of ambition. Don't forget it's January. Players are dearer or unavailable in January. Realistically Leigh will be a player for domestic games. Getting us goals against the Mortons etc in the cup.

    I'm sure we'll look to bring bigger signings in during the summer.
