Couldn't be * arguing with them tbh, * who go to the football to just complain aren't worth arguing with as they always think they are 100% right.

I just focused on the game and tried to block them out :smiley-laughing002:

Aye this * me off especially at the game where it could/can have an influence on the pitch. Folk can moan all they like at home in front of the TV. I actually tend to be worse at home as well.

Guy in front of us was slaughtering Mulgrew all through the game, honestly man some people really need to take a chill pill or something, we pretty much dominated the game just looked a bit rusty in places. Gotta remember that was the first time we'd played that particular starting 11 all at once and not everyone is at the same level of match sharpness (Izzy in particular)

I think in the context of the situation we did fairly well, we dominated the game made numerous chances, missed a penalty, kept a clean sheet and take a 2 goal lead into the next game if we had scraped by and were on the back foot most of the game i would be worried.

Last season you would have sold yer granny for that result and performance.

Last Year i was at Murry-field against Leigia thinking who the * had stole our players and substituted them with fakes. So in perspective we did okay, work to be done but its early days I think we will only get better and stronger with each game now.

I now believe we will be in the group stages.

I agree with Bogunda - he speaks the truth.
There are a lot of moaning negative cnuts, and dare I say the odd blue nose, and to them I say - go and watch a video of Jimmy Krankie.
    It's what they deserve.

Loads of chances and a lot of half chances, just a bit more luck and composure and it could have been an utter slaughter.Good signs, but shame about GMS missing out,I prefer him over Forrest.

    FDD.

I agree, we all should really try harder to convince ourselves that the pish on show was well worth watching. They started as they finished last season, slow as * build up and poor finishing. Going to be interesting when we meet a half decent team.

Don't know why anyone would think any team in the qualifying stages of the champions league would be so easy to beat. Got to be happy with the result, hopefully we get an early goal over there to settle us.

Tension of the * is a common problem at Celtic Park and at lesser venues during games.

The ultimate objective of these qualifying games, is to get through them and into the Champions League proper. It would be ideal to do it by pumping teams, last night with a bit more composure, it would have been a pumping. We were a kick away from winning 3-0 and arguably finishing the tie. It's 2-0 and people are a bit worried about last year, start to panic and it leads to the spouting of incoherent comments.

You could hear the panic merchants last night after we didn't take a few chances. However on the field it was domination, territorially and in possession. At the same time creating opportunities. They did make it difficult. They did so to the extent last season and it was enough to beat Motherwell and Lech Poznan.

Our main focus up front, was a guy who has barely been at the club a week. You could see the understanding wasn't as it should. However you could see that at least he had the physical presence to compete. He also created a good opportunity through his own doing but failed on the finish.

I don't understand the negativity, fair enough if we were we being outplayed and not creating chances.

Can we play better?? Absolutely. Will we play better??? Don't doubt it for a minute.

Seems like some people just love to point out any negative they can find.

Imagine this place if we get put out...

    This forum, honestly!

I know it's fashionable to be pessimistic but I'm actually really confident about this season, I predict a really good Euro run and hopefully a clean sweep domestically. This team will not regress, not as long as Ronnies in charge, think about it that way, progress not going backwards; there's no way Ronnie would allow that, he'd be 'Ronnie's * fist-pumping' them all over the shop if that started to happen! IRWT! :50:

Looking at some of the other results from the qualifiers , showed we should be thankful that we've the tie practically done and over with. Hopefully we pump them again and send a message to possible opponents struggling past minnows.
