    How can you check that these free downloads are safe to use and that you aren't downloading a virus?

    I only use streams and haven't had any problems at all with the sites I put up I only use putlocker, sockshare, vidbux or videoweed and they all work fine with no pop ups

    I stream live stuff but always downloads films. I have never had a proble. As far as I know, and in my experience, you cannot get a virus via an avi. file which is the format the vast majority of video is converted into
