    Like the banks did with the financial regulators within their countries? Remind me how that turned out for everyone....

    Peter Lawwell is the chief executive of Celtic PLC, Desmond is a shareholder and non executive director, you seemed to have some conspiracy theories about certain things but you should really just keep them to yourself tbh

    Actually, can you tell me how many board meetings he attends?

    What are you on about re: "Conspiracy theories?" - Don't go making a mountain out of a molehill - all I said was he cannot put in any more money into the club, but I am sure if he really wanted to, he could've been able to get in a decent loan deal in January - that's all i'm saying.

    Actually, Celtic did go for Fletcher, didn;t they? (aye right)

    I just thought that new owner would put his own members of the board. Maybe some consortium. Maybe this thread is generally a bad idea because some here are saying that true Celtic fan would never accept this. I wanted to hear other people's opinions, but I don't think that it can be done like this.

    Id like to see it i suppose to an extent but to be honest its always going to be fraught with danger in reality but as a fantasy yes brilliant . Truth is look at the other side of the city one man holding all the aces and a club run into the gutter to see what can happen when you dont use your brain and i know in the main we would all love to see the top players here but not at the cost of our club
