Stop arguing with moderators, you've been told several times to keep on topic, you are ignoring the rules of this website, cut it out.

So true mate, Its not Mowbray who hasnt got it Its the * players on the park, The defence needs * sorting, Its a disgrace, * the last 3/4 games we have fell behind in the opening 10mins time to wake up, * Mogga himself could do a beter job than them. Time to call O'Dea back me thinks

He is dumb if he thinks he can get this side playing footy like Barca , * etc never gonna happen , he needs to get back to the * basic's for a start a solid spine of the side , until we have a spine and back bone to this side then passing the ball and keeping it on the deck etc means * all ,

Wake up Tony we dont give a * how the side play mate we want winning * footy ,

its not the managers fault, he can only work with what he has got at his disposal & he can thank strachan & the board for that.
the players he has brought to celtic park are an improvement to what he have & after a couple of windows i think we will see the back of the deadwood & a real improvement in the squad.

Look at Inter , Chelsea etc under Jose they dont play * fantastic passing footy , the fans dont like Inter fans hate it , dont he dont care its all about winning ,

I dont pay 1000's a year to watch the footy we are playing right now with basic mistakes ffs i could go watch a better standard of defending in the lower leagues ,

We have all been here before under Tommy Burn's playing fantastic footy and winning nothing , sorry but i want to win the league us having all the ball and trying nice little one touch passing = dont * me 3points is what i want ,

thing is too that every time someone sets out saying they want to play flowing football it never works in the spl. for some reason tactics and organisation with as much muscle and skill seem to win. this is especially true of the of games. of course winning the of games is closely connected with winning the league in a 2 horse race

Being honest what would you have done differently today people saying start samaras he cant do anything right he plays upfront himself and ends up deeper than the midfield. The centre halves the club have to pick from are all a joke, mcmanus today is one of worst cb performances i have ever seen he was horrific in air, on ground and with ball at his feet.
Also the striking options are short and we have a massive squad of wide midfield players the squad mowberry inheriated is terribly balanced and he did not have the time or funds to balance it. Most of his signings have looked decent signings especially fox as naylor was absoultely shocking today again his use of the ball is terrible.
It then doesnt help when good old mason craig thompson gives Weir immunity to do what he wants including bringing players down in box without giving away a penalty and kicking lumps out of the opposition. Also booking two of our players for simulation when they were stonewall pens. The mans a disgrace!

I don't think Naylor was that bad today.

    Wilson's was a dive imo.

Agree that we need a new central defender and striker and that TM's signings have looked good so far.

We controlled the game, one thing i don't like though is how high our back 4 press they simply aren't pacey enough to do this (Mowbray's fault that one)

Theres some tweaks needing made in all 3 areas.

Defence: we need hinkle back and drop McManus for heid or erm anyone other than mick.

Midfield we need to drop brown and play crosas and then zz in cam or CF behind skippy.

Upfront: either we go with the one (skippy) and play ZZ right in behind him or we play 2 up fortuné when fit sammy when not and revert to a standard 442.

We just don't have the personnel to play outside a solid 442.

The overall status of celtic football club as well as scottish football has dropped. So winning the leauge is no feat. And winning without conviction is what celtic have been doing. Zhi one game you cannot base a judgment on that. Nguemo too lightweight and this light midfield is part of our defensive problem

mark wilsons was no dive u watch his heels are clipped he tries to stay on his feet but cant thats why he falls over. The first three were as blatant as they come.

Well I think mogga is moving us in the right direction. He is still having to use the pish strachan left captain calamity and heid Loovens I had hope for but was poor today. He has been unlucky with fortune injury as samaras and mcdonald arent good enough either. Imo his signings look good and once he gets another 2 or three players in we will be in good shape.

mon guys lets get real here. Rome wasn't built in a day!! the man needs time. when he gets the players he wants in, i am certain the bhoys will start looking the part. suppose its like giving TM a wooden mallet and askin him to biuld the eiffil tower. wait till he aquires the right tools for the job, then we will see progression. keep the faith china's!!
