the fees in the EPL are not a guide we can go by, they add a multiplier of 10 down there ie a £5M player costs £50M down there.There is no way an SPL player will fetch a fee anything like that ,thats just the way it is.

In actual fact i have posted quite a few positive posts if you care to read back?
Whats the point of continually posting the party line?we all have opinions don't we?
There is absolutely no chance we will get anywhere close to £25M for Dembele,he plays in the SPL he's injury prone ,inconsistent ,and at times apparently uninterested?He is still not a full international either, be realistic FFS!!

Not dissing at all hes a good player but there is no way any club will pay £25M for an SPL player to think otherwise is deluded

how much did we get for van dijk almost £20 million for an spl defender!! Dembele is worth every penny of £25 million

 

we got £11.5M up front from Southampton for Virgil then of course the sell on fee to Liverpool
Wanyama went for £12.5M

Totally agree mate a good player in the SPL is still a good player in the EPL but I'm not sure that we do actually hold the power?as when the EPL come calling most players want to go there and pressure the club to sell ,apart of course from the diehards like KT.Look whats happened with Boyata because we refused to sell him to EPL for £9M. I reckon there a few others in our team who would possibly react similarly (at least their agents would)when the big leagues come calling
