I thought he looked good , ok not everything came off for him but his appetite for the game was superb, put in a shift today.

It was a rough game, I think he looked better when Griff came off, allowing him more space to play in, when he plays with Edourard they dont seem to get in each others way, maybe they need to work more on that chemistry.

I agree but it’s cos Eddy plays more to the left and stays out Dembele’s way. Griff wants to play central too, he’s not natural out wide.

Thought he played well today , dropped into clever spaces and used the ball well. On another day he would have had a hat trick. Not far from being his old self. With Eddy up there with him , in a white hot atmosphere , he will thrive. Big game player.

Last chance saloon for me with this guy.
He played one good season and that's been it,granted few injuries here and there,if he wants to be a big mega star rather than just acting like one he better start showing it.
I honestly don't get the love in with this guy at all, eddie already is a far better player already.
He misses far to much, throws himself at trying to score the wonder goal than just knocking it in the net.
2 games here to sort himself out,he cant just live on the sevco games of his first season.

If he wants that big money move outta here,he aint doing it in this form

best player we have, can't remember him playing well when Griff is on the park, not sure if they are both making the same runs. but the big man plays better on his own

As per, best minutes per goal ratio in the squad (apart from Boyata lol).

Last chance saloon? Moussa is the least of our worries. Have you seen our striking options over the past 10 years?

In terms of last chance saloon i mean him playing over Eddie or Griff as instant first pick.

As said im one of the few that just aint into this guy at all,i would love him to prove me wrong of course, nothing better than that, but i just dont get the love in with him at all.

Living off of goals against sevco ? What about goals against city, Barca and PSG ?
I get frustrated with his glass legs but he is easily our best out and out striker for me. Levels above Griff

He's easily physical enough to play up top by himself at a high level, an instinctual finisher, excellent link up player, can drop into space well and play in others, even drifts out wide now and again. He isn't the finished article by any means, but at the age of just 22 he's very much the complete forward. He'll go on to play in one of the top leagues and I've no doubt do very well when he does. He does lack a bit of consistency but we're simply a better team with him on the pitch, as evidenced by the very instant impact he had on our play against AEK, even when only half fit.

As much as I love Griff and rate Edourd highly, if you had to start one as our centre forward in a crunch game it would be Dembele without much hesitation.

I don't like Edouard up front himself tbh, he floats about midfield a lot and is hardly ever in the box.

I think he plays best when running at people and opening play up a bit as well, would be suited more playing off a striker.
