It's not even funny how bad the France under 21s would spank scotland just now , * even the 19s would give it a go.

That miss in the first Min today was shocking. For someone whos supposedly an excellent striker, that was a school bhoy miss that one.

Can forgive it tbh given the game had barely started. At any other point it’s a Sebo though.

I think we would be lucky to get 10 million for him at the end of this season .
It seems he doesn’t want to be here anymore .

Hot and miss season, but he still has a very bright future ahead of him.

Injuries have hampered him this season plus our new pass it back and sideways has not help him or the other forward players this season.

He will come good again, said it before the guns game and he will do it again.

Banging them in for France U21’s and very highly rated by France including Zidane. Scored goals in Europe and the big games, we’ll fetch at least 20M for him the summer I guarentee it.

He needs to be in the mood for games.

He needs a swift boot in the baws. If £25-30k a week plus the adulation of the best fans in the world isn’t enough for him to “be in the mood” and put in some effort then he needs to have a good look at himself.

tbh, we can't just say it's him, it's our play overall, we play too slow and rarely play direct football, this essentially means our strikers are left with nothing to do for long long periods of a game, it takes us 3-4 passes to switch play, if a ball forward isn't guaranteed we play back instead, we never take any risks, whereas last year we did.

Griffiths would never get away with these half-arsed performances the way Dembele does.

He's really just not showing it this season. I think he's a cert to move on in the summer and we'll do well to get £20mil

I am having a hard time figuring out if the team as a whole isn't playing as well because of Dembele's loafing about up front or if it's the case that Dembele's form has suffered because of the tedious style of football we've been playing.

Yesterday it looked like the former. And for that reason I would start Griffiths over Dembele on Sunday. At least when you pick Griffiths you know he's going to be at it and will put a shift in. At the moment it looks like Dembele only turns up when he can be bothered.

He just looked as if he couldn't be arsed yesterday, i don't buy this argument that he dosen't get the sevice, he should be doing more.

    He's frustrating.

Could get a lot more goals than he does and needs to use his obvious traits more often. I think he will definitely be off in the summer this time.

You don't seem to get any middle ground with him. For instance even if Griffiths is playing pish he will work his * off and maybe nab a goal. With Dembele he either red hot pulling off turns and flicks and the first touch of Zidane, or the ball bounces off him and he lacks composure in front of goal and scuffs it.

He's still only 21 so that has to be remembered, but we need more in games like yesterday.

I expect his hold up play to be better than it has been.

When are some people going to understand that his languid and casual body language is not a reflection of the effort he puts in?

His body language when he has a bad game is the exact same as when he was scoring doubles against Man City.

The boy is 21 years old. He’s going to be inconsistent. If he was on top form every game he’d be playing for Juventus or PSG or some team like that with the attributes he has.
