Dembele is the best striker at the club and should be starting now. Griff is a good player but not the same level as Moussa when he is at his best.

Dembele, when he hits full stride, is very quick.

Good to see our best striker back and among the goals. He adds a different dimension to our team.

Can you not just praise Moussa without turning it into a negative about Griff?

This could be Moussa's time, that's why we have two top quality strikers. Griff has scored improtant goals in the league, the CL qualifiers, the CL proper and now Moussa is coming back in great time to let Leigh recharge his batteries.

You don't have to trash one to praise the other.

Agreed, mostly, but pace/arial ability could go either way.

Griff has better acceleration, Dembele, I feel, is faster over distance. In the air, both can be affective. Griff has abetter leap, but Dembele is naturally bigger and stronger which makes him a different threat in that way.

Thing with movement, folk say Griff because he constantly runs in behind, but that's not all movement is.

Movement also encompasses coming short, in and around the box, dropping off, going wide, backing in, going in behind - people forget that - and that's what Moussa is good at, he does a bit if everything. Griff, generally, doesn't.

Griffiths clearly needing a rest. Easy to praise one and downplay the other when one is fatigued.

The quality of their first touch is very close. Both have the ability to trap the ball brilliantly at times, but it can be inconsistent..

I just called Griffiths a good player, how am I trashing him?

Saying one player is better than another isn't being negative about the second guy.

He was great when he came on.

That wee one touch link up that got him through on goal was class, pity he didn't finish that.

    The Mouss is back.

    That second finish was brilliant.

Griffiths has been fantastic for us but he looks tired and I felt Moussa should have started today. Glad to see him get on and make the difference. Should have had 3.
