What ive noticed though is he seems to drag away defenders quite a bit which creates space... he makes acouple chances too,his goal will come tonight i think

I like the look of him from what I've seen. He'll come good.

Hard for a striker whof plays on the shoulder to get involved in a game as one sided ad this . A deep defence parking the bus usually creates more for the attacking mids

Not the best appearance tonight. Looked slow with a poor touch and a bit indecisive. Time will tell, I would bench him for the next qualifier and just play Leigh up top by himself.

    I see his potential.

    So does Zinedine Zidane.

That should be good enougb for all of you!

Comparing yourself to Zidane, just as egotistical as past season's. Would be bad form to do otherwise I suppose :smiley-laughing002:

Surprised at the positive comments. Thought he was a big clumsy *. I do think he'll come good but I definitely haven't been impressed in the couple of games we've seen him in so far.

Kind of agree. Had a terrible first touch and was poor at finishing

Needs working on and tweaking. The potential is there though, just seems desperate to impress.

Wasn't great tonight but it's still very early days. Think once he gets a goal or two it will help him a lot, looks a bit nervous.

Not had the start I was hoping for. When he gets the ball under control he looks comfortable but his first touch has been hit and miss and his finishing has been disappointing.

Very early days though and nothing to worry about.

Thought he was poor for the most part. Once he gets a goal or two we'll see him improve.

needs a goal, gets enough chances and forces the keeper to make saves...so that's good.

Thought he was dire in all honesty. Won a couple of flicks but was clumsy, had a * first touch and missed some sitter's, even laid on a plate..

Aye didn't exactly fill me with confidence , and although early days, I just cant see this guy becoming strike partner wi Griffiths somehow.

    I'd happily be proven wrong.
