Fir Park has been where we've turned it round in past slumps, but I'm not so sure if the current squad have the determination/ability to find the missing ingredient.

Too many players need to improve their game & WGS will not drop underperforming players.

I'm in 2 minds whether to start naka and bring flood on later but it's a tough game with a tough pitch, maybe not even suited for Mcgeady.

Jvoh was not good enough vs the huns, he didnt hold the ball up once and gives away too many free kicks, samaras gives us more options and has assisted more and can beat a player.

 

Pressure is now on us to turn in a very strong performance. Huns are 3-1 up and look like they could add another, so it's time for this squad to get the collective fingers out and do the business.

I sincerely hope Strachan plays McCourt sometime in the game. Our strikers are struggling and maybe the thought of someone on their shoulder might see them pick their game up.

Oh my goodness, WGS might actually try 4-3-3!!! Though, why all 3 classic CF-s? I'd play one of the big guys, Mizuno and McDonald.

 

with this formation id play samaras through the middle cos hes big and hes more direct wi the ball than the other strikers with mcdonald at one side and mizuno or mccourt at the other. also id play crosas instead of hartley cos hes better on the ball and has a better pass and vision

 

As long as Samaras is dropped we will win

Like against the Shame and ICT :sa: One player can't make a team the same as one can't solely destroy it.

 

Samaras was the man who caused Motherwell problems in this fixture earlier in the season and he can't do any worse than VoH.

 

I'd go with Samaras over VoH at this moment in time.

 

why do we always play a back 4 when most teams play with 1 up front against us , including the huns.
