Most underated Celtic player at the moment

Oh and I voted Samaras just because he gets slaughtered on forums and radio stations continuously which I find well over the top. Every player has bad games but with him unlike others, the fans tend to lose memory of his good ones.

I voted Ledley before I read the thread. It's good to see that so many people agree with me that he is a quality player, who keeps things simple and just does his job well. A bit like Neil Lennon did actually.

Ironically, since a lot of us think that, he isn't really under-rated.

hinkel, and ledley is brilliant at keeping the team in shape. Hinkel was so sonsistant and i had him on the back of my top last season!! Cool headed defender and was good at dribbling!

 

Everyone has been raving on about hooper, juarez, kayal and big maj, Ledley hasn't really had much praise from the fans or media etc he's kind of slipped under the radar that's what makes him under rated.

A left footed player that can fill in easilly in many position is a valuable player for any team imo

 

Sammy, I like him but I still understand most of the criticisms people have about him being inconsistent sometimes and not always making the right decisions about when to run with or release the ball, but I couldn't believe midweek when he bagged a hat-trick and generally played his socks off people were still lining up to give him pelters, mental.

 

I couldn't agree more, players like that are absolutely vital for a team. I think Ledley has been fantastic.

Bearded Messi without a doubt.

Hes probly one of the most skilled players on the planet.

 

To be honest I think we'll have him for this season and next then he will probably be sold on. I'm not saying I want that to happen, far from it, but I think he will already be being watched by the EPL (they were before he came here) and that will continue. He will improve during that time as he matures even more and move on.

Like I said I don't want it to happen but I think it's being realistic.

I think the fact that his name in the poll is mcmessi means he's the very opposite of underrated
i voted Murphy, he gets a lot of stick even though he hasn't put a foot wrong so far

Said Joe Ledley. But, imo he can be doing more but I think he is holding back for some reason. Maybe he just doesn't want to make any major mistakes. I think we will see a lot more from Ledley in the near future.

Ledley does his job and is outstanding at it , nice and simple passing and keeps the team ticking over , aint shy about putting his point across to team mates and driving the team on should be the Captain for me ,
