    Jelavic is over rated pish.

Emilio is pure class. Ferguson can suck a bag of dicks if he thinks he can nab him on the cheap however.

Doubt Fergie was looking at Izzy, and if he was it would be as back up or competition for Evra as Fabio at the moment is injury prone and seems to get hurt any time he plays.

And Izzy aint stuiped, he'll know he wont get much game time at United except for cup matches or when Evra is out so he'll stay at Celtic till his stock is bigger and probley then make a move down south if he ever plans on leaving here.

Is this why Ledley turned down Stoke and Izzy rejected Wigan?

no need to worry about Man u coming in for Izzy. When was the last time their bought a player from the SPL?

Ferguson prefers to bring thru his own youngsters or buy promising players from minor EPL clubs.

If its 10m then United wont be making an offer, they don't have that sort of money

We're not a feeder club for Stoke and Wigan, obviously.

But we are a feeder club for teams such as Man U and even mid-table and above EPL teams.

If Fergie thinks he's a good player and worth the money - he'll buy him. He doesn't have some random thing against the league.

The real issue is the inflated value of Celtic players at the moment. We are in NO need to sell so can pluck figures out of thin air for anyone.

Rangers on the other hand have a pressing need to sell, hence why we might see McGregor and Bougherra the most likely to leave in summer.

We have been moaning about having a quality player in this position for years, if we accepted anything less than 10 mil I would be perplexed as we all know the money would nt go like for like so how many other years would it take to get a player of his abilty, maybe if we got a few years out of him and then we can listen to offers.
