That left hand again, knew it was going to happen.

All the Ido Portal and movement stuff is smoke and mirrors, his left hand is a natural * given weapon which in a pair of MMA gloves is brutal.

He couldn't have looked or been less nervous if he tried.

How much money are you willing to put on that?

He'll get the winner of Cerrone/Dos Anjos.

    When? Out of curiosity?

I believe him when he says his mind is bulletproof because every time there's more and more pressure he looks more and more at ease with it.

The walk in looked rushed and i just thought at the time he looked not himself.

Although a bottle of brandy and nerves may have had me thinking reverse physcology.

I was nervous that he looked too comfortable with it, seemed to be enjoying the moment a lot more :56:

I was surprised at how quick the ring walks were. Bruce Buffer is also a useless * who can't hold a candle to Michael Buffer.

McGregror looked very confident the whole Turk though. Aldo looked like a dead man walking, he froze on the occasion.

I think it is unfair to say Aldo froze.

He just got caught by one of tbe deadliest left hands that exist in the business.

To say he froze is taking a bit away from how good McGregor is.

It had nothing to do with Aldo freezing, whether he froze or not is immaterial when you've just took a left hook clean on the chin off McGregor.

Bruce Buffer is the voice of the UFC as well, it'll be weird when he finally retires.

I don't mean it in an unfair way at all, but it's clear to me that he froze, or at least that the psychological warfare got to him.

It isn't that he got knocked by a left that suggests he wasn't on his game, it's that he got caught with a huge counter shot within 13 seconds. He walked into mcGregors best weapon.

It isn't meant to diminish the win in any way, he just clearly looked like a rabbit in headlights.

Clearly that was an opinion based on fairness, prior to Dana White wanking himself on TV at the thought of more money sooner rather than later.

That was a fairly robust statement you made which was a load of *.

The only way he won't get that fight is if he doesn't want it. The one and only sticking point as it stands right now is they want him to vacate whereas he is saying no chance.

It may have subsequently been shown to have been wrong, or 'a load of *' as you put it, but it was made in haste, very soon after the fight, and made as i said, momentarily forgetting that fairness means nothing in the money business.

Incredible stuff but severely underwhelming. Really wanted to see two top class guys go at it.

Had nothing to do with forgetting about fairness, if you watched even a small portion of the build up to the Aldo fight both McGregor and White have stated it was a distinct possibility prior to the Aldo KO.

Aldo looked night and day between the weigh in and the walk in

Are you telling me my thought process? What was it to do with then?
Why else would i have made such a prediction?
You take evidence in, you churn out an opinion, if its wrong, its wrong, but it is based on evidence and other factors.

Of course i watched a lot of the build up, but dont remember Dana White saying that, no.
I remember and was aware of CM's ideal situation, but i clearly was not aware of Dana White agreeing to that scenario, or why else would i have made that opinion a post?

My point is your opinion was ill informed as both McGregor and the UFC have stated that the move up to lightweight is inevitable and he's not going up to do anything other than fight the Champion.

Hence the fact he's already feathered that nest with both Cerrone and DosAnjos at the Go Big Presser.
