Assists are more expected from him. If Mizuno can't go near the first team, why didn't Mowbray punt him?

Because having a Japenese player at the club will keep them interested whether he's playing or not.

I very much doubt it, they aren't stupid. We'd actually turn out as bad guys there, for not playing him.

100% true. tm also needs time to assess the squad and line up replacements as required.

personally.. i feel McGeady is the better overall player. Although in the next 2/3 years i can see mizuno being an important part of the first team

Can you answer this question honestly Leone , would you still think Mizuno is good enough for the first team if he was from Austria ?

Yes, because he isn't greedy. I was a proponent of getting Janko into the team, which means I've got no problem with Austrians.:50:

Yes he isnt greedy but most of the time he receives the ball he looks forward , see's a full back and decides to turn backwards and pass the ball into defence or midfield. In a way he is useless to the team. From what iv heard he can cross a ball but to cross a ball he will need to create space by beating a player and whipping the ball into the box. Something i dont think he is capable of.

It's silly because it's a no-brainer. ie: it goes without saying.
I think you're foolish to say Aiden is better than any of our reserve will ever be. Aiden has done nothing but go backwards since winning that award, and we saw last season that he can't handle a coach that tries to make him improve either. The very same coach that finally let him break out of the reserves.
Most likely, none of the reserves are as talented as McGeady. But it's not impossible for the turtle to overtake the hare if the hare doesn't put much effort into it.

As far as most criticized... that's ludicrious. By far, Naylor is the most criticzed. Followed by any of Caldwell, McManus, Hinkel, Donati, Samaras, JVoH (before he was released) etc. McGeady is nowhere near that list.
I think McManus is criticized mostly because he's the captain.

One thing-he's being played out of position, I've never seen him on his natural right. And I've seen Mizuno dribble in the games so far.
